An excellent practice with a genuinely caring approach. The staff are kind, professional, and attentive to patients’ needs, and it’s clear that they also value and support their team. I felt well looked after throughout my experience and would highly recommend this practice.
This is a fantastic practice, the staff all here really to practice what they preach. Dr Cowan has turned this around positively. Shambolic. Tried two days in a row to speak to someone. On hold for 20 minutes even though number one in queue. I gave up. Today , number 6 in queue, on hold for 10 mins and they cut me off!
My family is with this surgery since last 7 years and I can say confidently that we always got service above expectations. During challenging time of covid also, their telephonic appointments were always helpful. Sadly there is a long queue to book an appointment but as per the urgency, we were always offered appointment. During last 7 years we interacted with many doctors, nurses, midwives and receptionists at this surgery who listened problem patiently with personal interest. My sincere thanks to Dr. Cowan, Dr. Smith, Dr. Zurob and Dr. Khaffaf who go above and beyond to provide you best treatment with right diagnosis.
We have been going to Mansfield Medical Centre for 5 years now and over this time they have cared for me and my family exceptionally well. The doctors and nurses have looked after me through pregnancies and having young children, diagnosing a sudden, exceptionally rare disease and managing some more chronic conditions with expertise and compassion. They take their time during appointments and genuinely care. Me and my family have received so much valuable and caring advice - I am honestly grateful for the work they do. Yes, it can take a while to get through on the phone sometimes (make sure to use the option to retain your queue position), and yes the NHS is experiencing some unreal challenges which affect everyone, but I can't fault the attentive care we've received here at Mansfield. A big thank you to the team.
I am a new patient at surgery. Service I received from receptionist, nurse and Doctor Smith is excellent. I'm very pleased and appreciate their support how they help me to short out my regular medication. Only in 3 days all was done. My old surgery took more then 4 weeks. I was meant to leave the country and I had to change my ticket for an answer from old surgery. I'm very grateful the service I received today. Big thank you to Dr. Smith and all the stuff who gave time to explain and short things out.
