Been coming to this Doctors Surgery for nearly 12 years now & I can't fault them at all. Jenny in Reception is great with sorting out any questions my family & I have. & we only ever see Dr Helen. She's great with my sen son & he feels totally at ease with. She always helps with all our medical needs. I'm disabled & i do prefer over the telephone appointments. We've never had to wait long for appointments either. We would never go anywhere else. 5☆

Went to see the dentist surgery with my 6 year old son and 14 year old daughter . Received good service and finished my appointment. My 6 year old couldn’t hold on to go to the toilet and needed it urgently. Very lovely Ladies at the reception said the toilets were at the medical centre next door. Went there and meet one of the staff members who were very rude at the reception, Anna. Who sarcastically laughed and rudely announced that the toilets were only available for their patients only, despite me saying it was an emergency for my 6 year old son who couldn’t hold it any more and even said so himself in front of her. She still refused and said the dentist has a toilet laughing with her colleague. There were three toilets which should be available for all patient in the building. Why are there locked and not even open for children? I found this situation absurd and Anna was not even considerate of a child in front of her. Even my kids were shocked and imagine your own children saying to you mami this lady is very rude and you as an adult keeping your calm in front of them. RIDICULOUS

The doctors are truly outstanding. Dr Sarah is incredibly sweet, and if I could give them more stars, I absolutely would—without hesitation!

The majority of GPs at this surgery are excellent - I've had an excellent experience with all of them, feeling listened to and my needs addressed promptly. The exception to this is Dr Ahmed, who unfortunately always leaves me with the feeling of being dismissed - I would not personally recommend seeing him, but YMMV. As for getting appointments there is a knack to it: call at 8:30 in the morning to get in the queue for an appointment that day. Otherwise, if you don't need an urgent appointment simply use an app (e.g. the NHS app), link it with the surgery, and book an advanced appointment - which includes out-of-hours appointments.

Registered with them a few months ago to be told they've not received my registration forms so I had to reregister once I've done that I've got 2 appointments cancelled on me, was told my next 2 appointments were over the phone so I've sat waiting for them to call me which they never then when I ring up theyve told me it was meant to be a face 2 face appointment never felt so messed around by doctors whom are supposed to be helping not making situations qorse

I cannot rate this surgery any higher. The receptionists are so helpful and the doctor's are so thorough. I never feel as though I am being rushed. Best surgery I have ever had.

Absolutely ridiculous. Called up and waited on the phone for almost 2 hours for someone to actually answer the phone as was told when I turned up that I had to call to make an appointment.

Yes, there's always a queue when you phone but at least the message tells you where you are in the queue. That way you know if you can leave it ringing while you do something else for 5 minutes. I've been really impressed with this GP surgery. They've sorted out medication kerfuffle without me having to do much at all, and they've seen me on an urgent basis and been very nice about it all. If you ring on Monday morning you will wait ages on the phone and probably can't be seen that day, but that's the case for all GP practices now unfortunately.

This doctor surgery has done nothing but mess me around since moving to them. They're not understanding of your mental or physical health needs. Getting through is like waiting for a miracle and when you do get through they can be very rude and unprofessional I would definitely not recommend
