   Worst Surgery I have ever registered to. called the Surgery to see the doctor for the urgent appointment with the high blood pressure crossing 19 5 x 1 05 and when I got back somebody will call you and I’m my head is about to explode but they don’t give a Micky about anything rude Staff majority you’re unable to see a doctor you’ll see a clinician associate

   Needed to see a doctor urgently as I had a chest injury. Contacted receptionist within 20 minutes a doctor called me. She told me to come in and one hour saw me. Examined me and prescribed pain meds. Excellent service

   Today i should have appointment. But i been late for 7 min 4 min because is traffic i not driving and i left one hour before my appointment house. Other 3 min i stay in long queue because i wasn't sure were to go. So when i told nurse I'm here she say she will pass to doctor and they make me seat 10 to 15 min just to say what they not going to take me. Are you serous why you not tell me straight away. I not surprised what they have very bad reviews because they communication and understanding is very very POORRR

   Visited the glenfield surgery for a pre booked covid and flu jab. They were only doing the flu jab so a return visit will have to be booked. When we arrived the car park was full but a member of staff was conducting the parking and it worked 100%. Arrived, got parked up went to reception, got booked in and walked down corridor to a doctor giving the jab and out, total time 10 minutes. Can't praise the surgery enough, especially the member of staff organising the parking. Well done Glenfield Surgery I would give you 10 out of 10.

   Very disappointed with staff here, speaking in foreign language instead of English. I don't think this is acceptable behavior in a NHS area. One staff member was ignorant but lady who did my scan was very professional. Also no reception so just sitting in room not knowing when somebody would call you. Booking center was good getting appointment quickly.

   After recently moving into the area we registered at this doctors. They have been absolutely brilliant in terms of keeping up to date with my daughters immunisations - something which Groby Rd medical centre were diabolical at! Appointments at our old surgery were like gold dust but Glenfield Surgery have managed to book me in - twice - for emergency doctor appointments with no issues whatsoever. My husband has diabetes and so is often back and forth and they’ve been brilliant with him too. So far so good! It’s sad to see the 2 star rating on Google but it’s definitely a 5 star from us!

   I joined this practice recently after moving to the area. Getting an appointment has been quick and easy and I haven't had to call over 30 times. I like the fact they ask you if it's urgent as it gave me the opportunity to see the GP the next day instead but also I got an on the day Appointment for My daughter as she is a baby and it was more urgent. Each doctor /nurse I have seen has been so friendly , makes you feel like you are being listened to and they are taking your health seriously. So pleased we have moved out of the city and have found such a great surgery near us.

   I have had to leave a review as I feel people often only do so when they have something negative to say. Since joining this surgery and having my baby 6 months ago, I have had to get appointments for myself and baby for various things and I have to say everytime I have done so every doctor has been fantastic with such kind, caring and understanding natures. Even this evening at 6 o'clock I caught the on call doctor who allowed me to bring my baby for a late appointment and gave me the peace of mind that was needed without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Thank you Glenfield Surgery, we are so lucky to have the NHS but all of your GP practitioners are outstanding at their jobs and have been extremely accommodating.

   Very rude receptionist on the phone. Not sure what her problem was, but from the get go she had a bad attitude. They lost out midwife request form to begin with. Then when we called to chase 8 weeks late they promised they would get the midwife to give us a call within 3 days. This didnt happen again. When we called again, the rude receptionist said that they dont deal with midwife and that it can take a further 2 weeks for midwife to contact us. Eventually we requested for the midwife to contact us via the leicester midwife website. She informed us that no one form the surgery called or Informed her about us. This was a very distressing situation as this is our first pregnancy.

   Possibly the worst surgery i’ve had experience with. Can be waitint up to 30 minutes for someone to answer and then i’ve had it happen probably 5 times a receptionist pick the phone up and put it straight down. Gp’s are terrible and struggle to acces them, currently at home house bound unable to work/drive and need a basic piece of information to access My private healthcare and i can’t even seem to get this after ringing the surgery for 10 days straight.
