On the day of my cyst removal Dr Jahan was pleasant, however as soon as it didn't heal as he expected the aftercare has been non existent and he avoids any communication. He has still not seen me to this day 18 months later and my head is still not healed. It appears to just be about the money. I am so dissapointed and upset. I would not recommend.
I contacted Sante Clinic to schedule an appointment for my Hayfever injection. They were incredibly accommodating offering me a variety of appointments - even the same day. On attending I was greeted by Dr Jahan who was super friendly, informative and reassuring. Fast and painless injection and Dr Jahan has also been able to offer an appointment this week to remove 2 moles that have been bothering me. Highly recommend.
I decided to use Sante Clinic after seeing a next door neighbours life improve from the heyfever injection. Doctor is approachable, friendly and professional. Took the time to explain what I had questions around. Will be my go to in the future. Strongly reccomend.
Had a mole removal, consultation and procedure done in 30 minutes. The doctor was lovely, he's been a doctor for over 30 years and has had a clinic for 20, also an on call doctor for the NHS. Felt totally at ease the entire time. Would definitely recommend.
Went to Sante Clinic in Loughborough to see about what I thought was a white mole, it wasn’t it was some kind of cyst, which I had removed. I found the clinic very clean and welcoming, lovely old house. The surgeon was very informative and put me at ease, explained exactly what the procedure entailed. Outstanding service today. My 88 yr old Aunt with dementia needed a cyst draining 2 days before Xmas. I was told by the Drs to take her to A & E. I rang two local private hospitals yesterday morning & was told nothing until new year. Rang Sante & got an appointment this afternoon. The consultant was extremely kind & helpful with my Aunt & i was very impressed & satisfied with the service & treatment provided.

The consultation was really straight forward everything was explained in detail. I went back today to have my cyst removed it was so quick and easy and I didn’t feel a thing. 5 star service and I would definitely recommend thanks for a great service.
