   Overall not too bad. But one reception staff, Sarah Twinton is extremely rude and unhelpful. She's more of a hassle than a convenience to patients, no professionalism, she has no idea being a receptionist, how the appointments are booked. No manners at all and she tries to be personal and misuses her position as a receptionist to give patients a hard time.

   Have been with the surgery since the mid 80’s and have generally been very satisfied. It’s NHS with all the limitations that entails but they do their best to schedule and prioritise when necessary. Recent communication and scheduling treatment with regard to my painful osteoarthritis (and other conditions) has been excellent. My especial thanks to Dr Dobson and GP Registrar Dr Vickers (not forgetting Dr Bonsall and his patience with my persistent second guessing).

   Doctor Kamali was excellent, she was really caring, understanding, friendly and incredibly fast with the procedure. I needed my coil replacing and she also did my smear test and took my bloodwork on the same appointment, which saved me a lot of time. I didn't catch the nurse's name but she was also great, took my blood in a second and was very friendly.

   Wow! I am not usually somebody who would like to leave a negative review for somewhere but I have never come across such a rude receptionist before in my life. Was really quite unhelpful with appointments, no politeness or manners and when telling me to ring my local pharmacy to find out if my prescription would be accepted, wouldn’t give me any time frames or dates as if I would know what to do and when to call! Couldn’t wait to get herself off of the phone quick enough. Appalling service!

   Possibly the nicest and best GP practice I have ever used. The receptionists are lovely and are always so helpful and always been really lovely .My prescriptions are always on time , was dificult with anxiety when i used to run out at my old gp ( Croft ) they used to delay me several days . Here Doctors are amazing with children and us the adults . Reception , nurses, doctors , cleaners are heaven. Thank you

   Waiting for 30mins twice this morning on the phone to get to number one and then keep me there for a further 20 mins absolute joke sort the phone lines , also Dr bonsal and Dr Wilkinson are jokes shouldn't be practicing on a game of operation let alone real people this surgery is disgusting and needs closing the only light in this dreadfully dark tunnel is Dr Dobson ***** 5 stars
