    I have held off writing a review for so long because I really wanted things to improve. But things are just getting silly now. The surgery used to be amazing and I was so lucky to have Dr Klien as someone who actually understood conditions such as endometriosis (finding a doctor like this is not a common affair). But recently I've just had bad experience after bad experience. First is taken me so many efforts to get a doctor to pay attention to my symptoms as a whole instead of ignoring my entire list and concentrating on one. It took a lot of argument to finally get a rheumatology referral, only for key information to be left out of my referral and therefore cancelled with my GP then recommending I go to dermatology who I had already seen and was who fought for my rheumatology referral in the first place after diagnosing a malar rash. Just to add salt to the wounds my most recent request for repeat prescription i have been on 3 years now keeps getting rejected by GP's telling me that they don't send that medication to pharmacy and I have to have it an appointment "like usual" considering I have been self administering for 3 years, they clearly pay absolutely no attention to my records or what medication is self administered (concerning for a health care professional). Extremely frustrating considering it is for a considerably painful and life altering condition which I will now imminently get symptoms return in time for christmas because I've apparently been imagining ministering my own injection for 3 years. Losing hope completely and living in pain daily because apparently writing a referral properly is far too much effort. 10 months in at this point and now about to get worse without my prescription for another condition.

    I want to recommend the staff at the entrance, they are very warm and they want to help you 5 stars!! But a very bad experience I had today with Miss Rodigruez Monica. A very cold person who forgot to smile speaks like a robot and does not let you explain the problems you would like to her, just answer what she asks and nothing else. I hope I never meet her again in this clinic, she spoils the image of this center.

    I had a fantastic experience with GP Miss Emily.She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and reassured during my appointment. Miss Emily truly goes above and beyond for her patients, and it shows in her care and attention to detail. Her approach is patient-centered, and I always feel heard and cared for during my visits. The clinic staff are also very friendly and efficient, which makes the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Dr. Emily, for your excellent care and dedication!

    I don’t rate this doctors one bit. I’ve been hear for 10 years plus and it used to be one of the best in holbrooks I had a baby 5 months ago and still haven’t had a postnal check. My baby has just not me. I found the doctor rude. Dr Kleine Also I took my 2 year old to the gp about a really bad cough. With my babies dad. And this doctor dr kleine said oh I need to see you to go on contraception I thought it was very rude. I was there for my son. Not myself. That could have been my dad with me and my medical records should not be disclosed and discussed in front of others. I’m unhappy about this and the service.

    Last Tuesday the 7th of February, I had an ophthalmologist´ appointment for an eye infection. The lovely ophthalmologist sent me some antibiotics and, because she is not able to make the prescriptions, she sent a letter by email to the surgery requesting them and she also said that they would be ready by Thursday. Yesterday morning I did go to the chemist and I was told that they did not have anything under my name. I went to ask the receptionist team and they did not find anything on the system. One of them provided me an email address and asked me to contact with the eyes clinic and check if they did send it to the right email address!!! - Shocking that the patiences now do this job... Then, I did contact with the clinic and they confirmed that the ophthalmologist sent the email and also they would contact with the surgery to double check what the confusion was. The eyes clinic called me back after 10 minutes confirming that they spoke with the receptionist team and did send the letter again by email. Also recommended me to wait until the end of the day if not, the other option was to collect the letter by myself and take it to the surgery. This morning, I did go to the eyes clinic to collect the letter and took it to the surgery. What a surprise I have had when I was told by the receptionist team that I have to wait until Monday for having the prescription ready... So, I do have to do part of the job, go to the clinic and take the letter to the surgery... - I have never hear that patiences have to deal with this now - and then wait nearly a week to collect a prescription!! I am a very empathetic person but I am not a fool and this is too much. I am a secondary school teacher, I always follow the procedures and respect the timings and I have to say that this is just a joke. I do not know if this complaint will make any effect or even if it will be read. I wanted to share my absolutely frustation about the admin work. I do not know if it is because they do not have enough staff or because the system does not work but it is completely schocking that patiences have to be in this kind of situation. P.S.: On the other hand, I am also still waiting to receive a copy of my son's blood results which I also sent an email to request them as I was told because "I should not use the NHS app to check them" - This is a comment that another member of the receptionist team told me yesterday afternoon.

    It is my second GP I have been registered with, and I am very satisfied with their service. I have been with them for 4 years now, I never had any issue booking an appointment or getting answer to my questions. Reception staff was always friendly and helpful. Compare to my previous GP they are at the top level of patients service.

    I have recently joined this surgery as I was unable to get an appointment at my previous surgery. I was able to easily book my initial appointment online and then a fabulous lady on reception called Mandy helped me book my second appointment and the doctor called as promised. Very impressed.
