Worst place ever and can't even call this place GP. I would call it veterinary and even there animals are treated better. People that work there how do you look at patients in the eyes??? Joke this place...

I am extremely concerned that, despite trying for three weeks, my 5-year-old child has not been able to see a doctor. My child has significant issues with tonsils, persistent coughing, snoring, and poor sleep, and is awaiting a planned operation. I have been repeatedly told that there is no availability because the doctors are “sick,” and I have been advised to go to a walk-in centre instead. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, as my child’s condition requires timely attention from their GP.

Can never get an appointment and the app only has appointments for blood tests which are chargeable or private GP appointment (which cost money). When you do phone up your told all appointments are gone for today (even 6 seconds after lines just opened) and nothing available for next 2 weeks and don't book appointments further than 2 weeks. Although if you go private magically there are appointments to review you private appointment (so what's the point) within days. They won't take the advise from a private GP instead wanting to come to their own conclusions. Was told to go onto the webpage to put a complaint in while on the phone only for the website to say please call to make an appointment to make a complaint, but no appointments available to make a complaint. Even though on multiple occasions ask for prescriptions to be left on the spine for me to pickup from any pharmacy, every time I have to contact them to put it back on the spine so I can pickup from the pharmacy I'm in at the time.

Personally, I have been here since I was born and over the years, this service has just gotten really bad. Receptionists are extremely rude showing attitude. Getting Appointments here is a massive pain. I’m honestly just going to switch to another GP. I do not recommend going here for your healths and services. There’s a few nice nurses, such as Nurse Tracy or Doctor Knipe Or Doctor Pywell. They actually take action and do something to get procedures going. Otherwise doctors make you waste money on prescriptions that are not gonna help. I once went here for an ear pain and the only advice I got was to drink water. How’s that gonna help? The last few years have just massively started falling apart. Don’t recommend doing here.

Where to start! I have been at this practice since birth so almost 29 years. The last 6 years have been appalling! From having a nurse tell me she refuses to carry out a pregnancy test at the doctors (needed for a routine appointment) and that I must buy from the chemist when I told her I didn’t have much money I was told if I smoke I can afford to buy a pregnancy test? Which was always done at the practice on all my other appointments. The receptionists apart from the lady with curly hair are damn right rude! They are the most patronising incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. They are awful and have no people skills what so ever and are totally in the wrong profession. They lack any empathy’ half of the Doctors are trainees and are just hopeless. Terrible practice it’s a shame as there are a few nice doctors like dr Hammond and and dr Disney and Nurse Tracey.

Arranged a call back from doctor on several occasions but I never receive them although the receptionist said I have been called...there is a problem with their telephone systems which they argue they don't...because I am missing calls!!!!!! And need to see a doctor they offer no alternative but to rebook another day....they know the issues but make no attempt to find a proper solution...times I have sat here ill with nobody to see me.. Avoid this surgery...

Unless I speak to Bridget or Susie the other receptionists are very rude, not only do they lack empathy, compassion and understanding they strive through their day being horrible to patients and subsequently ending the call at their convenience - not good In my opinion they are text book receptionists and do not possess any key skills in dealing with the public I am not prepared to risk health issues for my family with sarcasm and zero empathy therefore after a very long history with springfield we will be moving to another surgery. Thanks to all the other practice staff for your years of support but sadly your receptionists are letting you down greatly

Wanted to change my address today and I am being refused to still be taken care off. The receptionist promised us we will be taken care of for at least a year but when being at the GP they didnt want to know of any of this. Eventhough I am pregnant no understanding. Very disappointed in this practice as I know under the new rules the practice can decide to keep patients even after moving house. Just got rude and arrogant answers...

Don't expect to be taken seriously. email address doesn't seem to work; phone will keep you on hold indefinitely I've been almost falling out of my wheelchair as muscles cramped up after sitting unable to move for 55mins before giving up. If you do get through you'll be offered a call back from a doctor who will probably not make the call or won't give you a chance to reach the phone before he/she hangs up leaving a note on your records making you look like the one at fault. If you do actually get to speak to a doctor odds are that she will not be up to speed on your case, will be consulting Wickidoctor clicking in your symptoms as you describe them. Then reading her diagnosis straight from the screen without reference to any domestic situation which might make her A.I. M.D. totally inappropriate to your particular circumstances. Even a diagnosis of cancer has failed to click wheels into motion to get me the help or support the hospital, yet again, assumes would have been the automatic response to notifications and updates. Test results have to be asked for and chased up, no matter how important they are to you and your consultant. It seems that the old days of receptionists stuffing hard copy notifications into your old brown card medical records envelope have never ceased. From personal experience I'd advise you to cut out the middle man and Google it yourself
