In my experience, I've always enjoyed a very high level of care especially from Dr Myint and Dr Nagra. I have always been listened to and felt heard. I appreciate the continued support I've had from the surgery. I've also found it great since having the NHS App, all staff really quick and proactive responding.

It's a mystery to me how this place remains open or maintains any license to offer healthcare. It's the most unprofessional, badly managed GP I have ever been to. I am moving immediately. It wasn't always this bad, to be fair. I have been a patient for 5+ years (maybe longer). There used to be a very helpful and attentive lady who worked on reception, that would tried to rectify issues despite many challenges. But lately I can't even wrap my head around it. The receptionists are SO rude it's comical. I visited the GP in person recently and was told, after asking how I could order an emergency prescription of a vital medication because I had ran out, that I should "Maybe order it before I run out". I've genuinely had better service in nightclubs. On top of this, it's absolutely impossible to get an appointment here. You might as well just forget it. If you can get past the 45 people who are always in the queue as soon as they open, you can never get an appointment in-person with a doctor. They'll do anything to avoid you seeing one. On more occasions than I can count I have ordered a prescription over the phone at reception, which was supposed to be sent immediately to my local pharmacy. When I turn up, the pharmacy says it has never been sent. I then ring the reception, who say "oh we'll do it now" (they said that initially). If you ever needed evidence that our national health service is a disgrace, you just need to visit this place. Badly trained, hostile staff, rude doctors, and zero availability EVER.

Since being with Broadlane Surgery I’ve never had a great experience. To my knowledge they are supposed to see children under 5 no matter what! I can never get an availability for my 14 month old daughter since she was born they’re always fully booked which means they don’t care for the younger ones. The call system is an absolute joke, phone first thing in the morning at 8am as they open and you caller number 30+ in the queue and therefor we always end up driving their to make an walk in appointment! Funny thing when you arrive at the surgery there’s so receptionist busy on a phone so where does the calls go to? I’ve sad and waited 40 minutes after my appointment time before I eventually saw the dr which was a disgrace they are never on time so what’s the point almost in making a set time booking if they don’t stick to it anyway? I just think the worse thing for me is that there’s never availability when it comes to my baby which should be priority according to health care visitors.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because the doctors are very good. It's a shame there are a few members of reception that let the team down. This morning my mother remembered she had to order her repeat prescription which she genuinely forgot to do. She has had to contend with an extremely painful broken arm over the past month and has been suffering. This morning she spoke to reception to which they responded, "how can you forget your prescription?" She spoke to my mother in a disrespectful way and made her feel like she's the stupid one. The receptionist then went on to tell my mother off and say she shouldn't be calling the doctors to do a repeat prescription but the pharmacy told us to. She's had a problem with reception for the same reason many times before. I too have had the misfortune of dealing with rude front of house staff. It's a shame as there are a few ladies on reception who are pleasant. We moved away from Paradise Clinic in Foleshill because of the same problem. But we are getting it here too. I suggest the front of house team need some more training before being able to deal with the public as they are letting the doctors down.

Receptionist very rude/ aggressive manner, doesn't give you time to explain why you need doctor, and told me they don't have emergency appointments full stop. 111 told me all gp services have them and they should offer them when it's apparant it's needed, took 5 mins via telephone with doctor to get prescription needed. Reception here are the problem need re training

My husband desperately needs antibiotics for an eye infection, he works away from home so needed an emergency phone appointment, so prescription can be sent to chemist where hes working, receptionist incredibly rude, told him to go to a&e if its that bad...he's been trying to get an appointment for days.....pretty sure a&e wouldn't be too happy to find out that's what gp receptionistists are saying, emergency appointments are for things that can't wait, but do not require a&e..(eg antibiotics) .the very definition of what emergency appointments are for. Think receptionist needs a refresher course on basic manners and what emergency appointments are for. NHS England website has this information so why hasn't she?

Not worth 1 star. I booked in over telephone for a tetanus booster for travel purposes. The receptionist confirmed I was eligible since it has been 14 years since my last booster. I arrived and the nurse told me that as I needed it for travel, she could not give me the vaccination! I asked under what circumstances people can receive the booster, the response was for work purposes. I asked if as I was a Police Officer, would that make me eligible, she stated it would, but she still refused to give me the vaccination as the "real reason" I wanted the booster was for travel.

My partner called on the phone to get his blood test results and he was told they were all normal. He explained he still had symptoms and what could they do and they sent him links for a therapist and mental health support implying his symptoms were in his head! He called again a week later because he still had his symptoms and he was booked an appointment for a week after that call. On the morning of his appointment he got a text from the surgery saying his blood tests showed he was deficient in Folic acid and they'd sent a prescription to the pharmacy. So at this appointment we asked for a print out of his blood tests and found his levels were very low! The doctor we saw had no reason as to how he was told they were fine and that it was suggested he had mental health problems!! Disgraceful reception team there. They play with people's lives and health like they're God's. My partner also mentioned he had a blocked saliva duct and they refused to give him an appointment and told him to send a picture, then they gave him a prescription for tonsillitis! Needless to say, 8 days later with no improvement we went to the walk in centre and the Doctor knew straight away he had a blocked saliva duct and told him to stop taking his antibiotics. He said that any competent Doctor would have known this over the phone from his symptoms. Shows there's no competent Doctors at this surgery. Our NHS system from a GP view is failing it's people on a gigantic scale.

Had a very bad communication through telephone today. I called in to check whether my son’s vaccine records are upto date. And the receptionist was so rude and was telling me i should not tell her what to check in the records. Very bad experience.
