   Cannot recommend enough! Hayley has been amazing helping me book a holiday for me and my disabled mum. I was worried as I have never booked a holiday when needing disability support but Hayley has been so helpful and made the process so easy. She has taken into account my mum can’t walk very far so has arranged for us to take my mums scooter and also booked seats as close to the front as possible. Thank you so much for all your help. I can rest easy knowing Hayley has it all sorted.

   First time working with a travel agent and first time on a cruise - both exceeded expectations! Jade and Martin were helpful, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Jade took our brief/budget and offered a huge choice of options - one of whch was the cruise with MSC out of Southampton, bit of a wildcard for us but we're so glad we booked this one. Martin held our hands for the pre-cruise part with loads of information and help with getting everything sorted. We will definitely book with Holiday Hamster again and cannot reccommend them highly enough. Thank you guys!

   We have just returned from a fabulous Cruise/Stay all organised by Holiday Hamster. It was amazing!!! We gave them a budget for 4 people and they came back with 3 options to choose from all almost dead on budget, give or take £100. We had never cruised with MSC Cruises before so were relying on HH's recommendation and we were not disappointed! Everything went so smoothly, flights, transfers to/from hotel to port, cruise, transfer to collect hire car, ready for us and so on. Just perfect!! Would DEFINITLY RECOMMEND HOLIDAY HAMSTER!

   I just confirmed my second booking with Holiday Hamster after a sublime first experience with a booking for Disneyland Paris' anniversary week in April '17. The service is top class, quick and extremely helpful. The prices and deals have been very good and best on the market. All the needed documents arrived in good time and very smoothly. All in all, the perfect travel agency experience. I now have a new, first priority when booking my DLP travels.
