Zoe is welcoming and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile giving you skincare advice. I've had two treatments with Emily and she's the loveliest person who immediately puts you at ease. She explaines what she is doing and why throughout the treatment and always checks if you are comfortable. You never feel rushed and you are made to feel special whenever you visit. I would definitely continue to have treatments here. Glad to have found such a lovely place.
Have had the best experience at this clinic. I am having regular hydrafacial sessions and very please with the results .Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable about the treatments , skincare and allow you to feel confident about the process. She has literally been so helpful and has given me advice on how to improve my skin by recommending the best skincare routine and products. She always explained everything in detail and do skin analysis after every few sessions. I have also met Zoe in one session she is amazing and i must say that its the best team . Highly recommended for the ones who want best treatment and good chat in a relaxing environment.
Zoe, Carla and Amanda are great skincare specialists. Carla was very understanding of my skincare issues during my consultation and provided me with treatment & product recommendations. I had my first treatment with Amanda and she was incredibly kind and reassuring, which was good for my nerves. It's great to know that you can message Zoe through their instagram page and she will come back to you so quickly with advice. I'm looking forward to more of their help throughout my skincare journey.
I have been having facials since my early twenties and therefore have had lots of different experiences. Without a doubt the therapists, Zoe and Amanda whom I have seen are the best in the business. They are so knowledgeable about skin and which treatments and products suit my skin the best. I always walk out feeling much more confident about my skin. I would highly recommend, particularly to anyone slightly apprehensive that they will be pushed into buying products that they don’t need. There’s no hard sell here, only therapists who are passionate to give one the best service.
Going to Authentic Aesthetics is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Zoe is a total skin guru and going for regular hydrafacials and changing my skincare has totally changed my skin. I used to have acne and be so self conscious, I have totally clear skin now and I am so much more confident. The girls that work at the clinic are also amazing and are as passionate about skincare as Zoe is. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I have been going to Zoe at Authentic Aesthetics for almost 3 years now as I was suffering with hormonal cystic acne and nothing seemed to be working for me. Zoe carried out a consultation with me and I overhauled my skincare and started having monthly Hydrafacials which I still have! The team are all so knowledgeable and tailor all of their advice and treatments specific to each client. They are super friendly and always make me feel so welcome and relaxed at the clinic.
