What a lovely time I had with my Mum for afternoon tea. All the staff were very friendly. It was warm with each booth having a radiator. Food was lovely and fresh. Plenty of hot drinks brought around. Nothing too much trouble. Clean inside. Would definitely recommend and would go again!! Thank you so much.

A great little afternoon out. Easy to get to as only a ten minute walk ( at a seniors pace) from the train station. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful to my adult daughter who has mobility issues. The boat was warm, clean and welcoming. Food was freshly made and totally delicious. We spent two hours sailing down the canal at a leisurely pace, just watching the world go by without a care.

This was a very pleasant trip. Most of the tables are for 4, but our party of 5 was thoughtfully accommodated in the larger space in the bow. Drinks were ordered and delivered at table, and the chippy grub was all correct, still hot and very tasty. The staff were friendly and polite throughout, and dispensed free choc ices and mints. The seating was comfortable, the barge clean and the views good all round. The scenery on the trip is attractive, though not spectacular. The pleasure is in gently puttering along on the water, meeting canoes, barges, walkers, cyclists, runners, sheep, cows, dogs, geese, ducks, swans, gulls, crows and even a kingfisher. A well-organised treat.

We booked on for the 2 hour afternoon tea cruise,I have to say it was a fantastic afternoon. It was our anniversary so we visit Skipton for the day. As soon as we got on board the boat we was made to feel really welcome by the hostess, even the captains brief was entertaining, the cruise left Skipton travelled for around an hour to a village after negotiation a couple of junctions/ swing bridges the boat returned back to dock. During the journey we had a lovely afternoon tea with a good selection of sandwiches and cakes, topped off with scones, jam & of course cream. It was a very relaxing couple of hours to spend on our special day. The hostess was attentive throughout the trip, even taking a few photos. I would recommend this outing to anyone thinking of taking the trip. Thanks to the captain, hostess & the young man hopping on and off to open the swing bridges.

We've just been on the afternoon tea boat trip. It was a bitterly cold day but inside the boat was lovely and warm. Its a gentle 2 hour cruise along the canal and we were fortunate enough to be seated right at the front so we had excellent views. The afternoon tea was very tasty and with decent sized portions too. A large pot of tea was also offered and there's a bar for anything stronger. Staff were all friendly and this and as well as been a bit of a treat, this Would make an excellent gift

Skipton Rotary enjoyed a lovely evening cruise with a Fish & Chip supper along the Leeds Liverpool Canal. The staff were very welcoming & attentive and looked after our every need very well. It was a very relaxing trip and a great time was had by all. We would heartily recommend this company!
