I called the coach service line, where they claim the driver had been at the stop at the right time. That cannot be true as I was there at that time and would not have missed a huge coach parked at the stop. Blatantly unprofessional and I cannot understand how their GPS tracking system works in verifying where their coach drivers are or claim to be
We had booked to go to Skipton and Boundary Mill this Wednesday. Unfortunately I suddenly went down with a nasty stomach bug. I rang on Tuesday to let them know not to wait for us as we wouldn’t be going. I said could I rebook for the same trip going in September. I had my credit card ready to pay again thinking it’s such short notice I’m not going to get my money back. To my surprise Anne-Marie rebooked it at no extra cost. She was so lovely the way she spoke to me Very professional but also very kind. So Thank you Travellors Choice very much appreciated and looking forward to my trip in September
Parked blocking residential street and bus stop. We are sick of it. Find somewhere else to park while your customers visit the shops. Like the enormous car park around the corner right in front of you.
Parked across other vehicles. Refused to move so they could get out.
Supposed to be on site to pickup at 16:45 and set off at 17:00. Finally arrived at 17:45. Absolutely useless. Claimed the roads to an hour to traverse to the pick up site but when we were on the bus and went back in the same direction, it took less than 15 minutes.
The Driver of this coach parks regularly here causing obstruction to wagons and vehicles trying to gain access into my factory. when asked to move forwards he said that he wouldn't as there were no lines stopping him from parking there, and clearly could see he was creating an obstruction for the business. when told he may cause his and other vehicles damage, his answer was that he couldn't care as it wasn't his property it was his employers. if this is the standard of drivers you employ, then i for one will never use your services and i hope others will not either!
I joined a trip from Indonesian Tour Guide which happened to use the bus service from this company. Previously I had never given a 1 star review on Google, but this time I was forced to do so because I was very disappointed with this company. Drivers are very unfriendly, never smile, very poor driving quality. Repeatedly having trouble on the road with other drivers and pedestrians. Always angry with us customers who say they don't take part in keeping the bus clean.
I’m the traveller, but unfortunately, it wasn’t my choice to use this coach company. Travellers Choice - hardly! The driver had no regard for passenger comfort and was just as eager as possible to get to the destination (which seemed to solely be the boot of the car in front). Hard on the gas, even harder on the brakes. Roundabouts we’re just minor inconveniences in the road. I usually travel pretty well - but today I feel absolutely horrendous and nauseous. Colin McRae, eat your heart out.
I have just done an 11 day tour with Ian Corrie as our driver. I have done many tours in the past but he has been possibly the best driver I have encountered. Professional, patient and friendly. Thank you Ian for helping to make our vacation so memorable.
