    Phoned last Monday for an appointment as I had a bad infection. Receptionist very rude no compassion said no appointments to Friday. Offering no alternatives and basically that appointment or nothing bye attitude. Went to the walk-in centre Coventry. Lovely staff seen within 30 minutes. Were I was hospitalised for two days. Will be finding a new doctor after 35 years
