Supposed to of had phone assessment in August, the appointment was made despite the assessor being on sick leave and no one informed me I had to phone 3 times to find this out. They made a second appointment and again nothing happened, they can't even tell me why. What a dizfunctionall service that can't even commit to making a phone call let alone help someone with mental health issues, and yet the wages still keep rolling out for what? Helping who? How is this a service? Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
