   One star is still too generous. I had blood tests on 20/10/2025. On 06 or 07/11 I called for the results and was told by reception that “everything is normal.” I asked to collect a printout and was told to come in. Today (10/11/2025) I went to collect them and was suddenly told I can’t see my own results because “some parameters are out of range” and I must speak to a doctor first. The first available appointment is 01/12/2025. So for six weeks after the tests, I’m still not allowed to know what’s wrong or how to manage it. I pay National Insurance and I should have access to my own blood results—especially if some are abnormal. This GP practice is a bad joke: inconsistent information, unnecessary stress, and withholding basic access to my records.

   The best GP surgery I have had, I have unfortunately moved about a bit. They are all willing to help with mental health, chronic pain, medication requests and advice, referrals etc etc. The receptionists have always been helpful with me despite how mad their morning calls must be! Now having the pharmacy right attached is extremely helpful. Thanks Henley

   Yesterday, I Received above and beyond help and warmth friendly faces from staff in this medical centre was appreciated with no appointment I was quickly seen and addressed with forthcoming medical care I am so very grateful to the nurse who addressed my foot /toe and provided further future equipment appropriate I really felt cared for the extra miles given thank you for your services xxxx

   I’ve consistently had excellent experiences here. The receptionists are patient, kind, and always willing to help. The nursing team is wonderful and puts you at ease, as does the phlebotomist. Whenever I’ve needed to speak to a GP, it’s been straightforward, and they’ve always taken the time to listen carefully to my concerns. Referrals and follow-ups have been handled smoothly and without any hassle. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I’ve received, especially as my husband’s experience with another practice has been far less positive.

   Receptionists always very friendly on phone and helpful. Seem to have time for you. Just as friendly face to face. Other medical centre's can learn from these. Nurses are excellent and last doctor I saw was so helpful and had plenty of time for me

   Staff is very rude. Connected phone after 45 minutes and reception lady disconnect the before finish what I wanted to say. Reception staff is unprofessional.

   had an early miscarriage and never get any appointment not even on phone. Its been more than a year we are registered here but we never get any appointment even if we call daily sharp at 8am from three different phones. Pathetic!

   It's a disgrace! Always empty but never any appointments. Always kept waiting in the seating area for half hour whilst the nurses are having a chat chat. Receptionist are so incredibly rude face to face and over the telephone. I hate it there and will be changing surgeries!!

   Can never get an appointment not even a phone appointment. Staff never answer the phone. Closed Thursday afternoon, but called on Wednesday it's closed for training. Hospital sent my x-ray back in one to two days, now over three weeks and still waiting for the surgery to call with the results. Been at this surgery since birth when it was Dr Bellamy senior . And now I'm going to change, can't stand the lack of care for people.
