   Went in to pick up our medication and mentioned to the pharmacist that my husband had a really sore throat .I got him a spray but it didn't improve we went back and he took us into the consultation room looked into my husband throat and gave him penicillin excellent service and it's now working no long wait at the doctors

   I've had a nightmare with this pharmacy. I handed over a prescription with 3 items on it. They said it would be ready on the Monday and would call, I never heard anything so went down on the Wednesday. 2 items were missing. I explained 2 items were missing and was told "no they aren't" until he actually looked it up. No apology just the reply "they will be ready on the following Monday". I've picked up the prescription again today and 1 item is still missing. I phoned to query it when I got home I was told "it was out of stock, you'll have to find somewhere else". So now I have no medication or prescription. I'm back to square 1 and have to start the whole process again with my Drs to get a new prescription with the 1 item.

   I came today to this pharmacy and I have no words to express how wonderful service they provide. The pharmacist were so kind he assesses my problem and prescribed medication. So kind person explained to me everything very well. Definitely recommend this pharmacy.

   I went earlier to drop off a medium sized parcel for the DPD collection and was told it was too large. No mention of sizes on the website so a wasted trip. They shouldn't be down as a DPD registered drop off point with this service. I will complain to DPD and and the pharmacy directly.

   The prescription and dispensing service are way below acceptable customer service standards. Maybe due to the fact that they outsource the prescription items. Staff do their best when not chatting amongst themselves (is there a manager there?) Be prepared for short queue but long wait times while staff forage around the mass of prescription bags, then have to deal with customers who have ordered 'days ago'. Time to start looking elsewhere I think.

   Very poor prescription service. A prescription was sent through on Wednesday morning by GP for my wife who is on cancer treatment and requires the medication. When trying to collect on Friday they said it would only be ready after 4pm today (Monday). Meds ran out on the weekend and my wife has been ill as a result over the weekend. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Get your act together.
