   I would just like to say called in first thing to check on my husbands prescription he posted at doctors (Greenside) yesterday. The lady behind the counter checked on computer she had received it first thing. Told me I will make it up now for you did not wait long then another staff member opened the door for when I was leaving. Found them so helpful and friendly

   A week ago they had to order what I needed for the next day, yet the next day they didn’t have it, I asked for it to be delivered but it wasn’t. So I had to go back again to pick it up 4 days later. Now this week I had another prescription I went down this morning to collect it the bloke on the counter said it was all there so I went away happy, but when I got home to take my medication I found I only had 10 of the 30 tablets I’ve been prescribed. I’ll go to any other pharmacy in the future, but never again will I go here!

   Recently started using Spen pharmacy, and I’m really happy with the service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always take the time to explain things and make sure I’m sorted. The place is clean and they usually have everything I need in stock. They are pretty quick with prescriptions, which is great when you are in a rush. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for good service and advice.

   The service at our old pharmacy became terrible when the staff left, so we tracked them down to Spen pharmacy, and again we are treated to 5 star service. They are able to get our prescriptions ready, with the minimum of notice if we are going away. The service is friendly. Cannot recommend enough.

   Absolutely love this pharmacy, out of all the ones I’ve used over the years. Here I get friendly, personal and knowledgeable service. If they can’t get something they will deal directly with the gp, to save you the hassle, and deal with repeat prescription requests promptly. Highly recommend

   Placed an order for click and collect and this is the nearest one to me and I live in Mirfield, drove over on Friday as said was open all day and it was closed with the shutters down at 3pm! It's not open weekends unlike most other pharmacys and im working all next week so I'll be ringing to cancel the order. Should of read the reviews as looks like they do this often so would definitely advise calling to see if their open first.

   absolutely shocking! this place isn't fit for purpose, they never have prescription ready and it is not unusual to have to make 3 or 4 visits before it is. I would advise people to try the other pharmacy in Cleckheaton I will certainly be switching to them.

   Working in retail myself pains me to do this but … this is seriously the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Shocking service, painful wait times, never answer phone. Even being put on hold on the phone when ringing insurance is preferable to using this pharmacy. All round abysmal

   Nice staff but prescriptions never on time & when we do receive them there are usually items missing. Nobody seems to answer the phones either, was ringing the pharmacy for over 2 hours, still no answer.

   Nice staff, but they have issues with getting prescription ready on time, for the prescription are never ready on time, constant delays, keep messing my daughters prescription up constantly, if they are open longer in the day and open 6 days a week, they might actually have the prescriptions ready on time and not make excuses for themselves, then they might keep their customers.
