The medical process is unimaginably slow. My wife, who has several physical health issues, saw a doctor on the 7.10.25. Her blood was taken for tests on the 17.10.25, but she still hasn’t received any medication or treatment. Meanwhile, her condition is getting worse day by day. I’m extremely frustrated with such a slow pace of medical care.

Appalling surgery the staff are incompetent and very rude and strict on there side have no empathy or compassion towards their patients the surgery needs to get a boot up their backside! Stay away and find a proper GP PRACTICE

I can’t thank this practice enough for the wonderful care I’ve received. Dr. Muluko listened to me with patience, never interrupting, and explained everything clearly, which gave me hope and confidence in my recovery. Dr. Ponnle is incredibly kind and calming — she understands my struggles with chronic illness and fatigue, and always explains things with such patience and encouragement. Natalie at reception is a true gem. She is always cheerful and welcoming, which makes such a difference, especially for someone like me who feels nervous approaching people. She makes the practice feel warm and approachable. Together, they have made me feel understood, supported, and cared for — something I deeply appreciate. Ivy Salijeni

[This review was initially worded more negatively following what I felt to be threatening text messages implying the medicine on which my life depends would be cut off unless I booked a review, and the inability to speak to a member of staff on the phone to book said review. I have opted to amend the review in light of service provided today, and hope that staff at least had a good chuckle on my behalf, which I bear them no ill will for] The staff at St Pauls are it's shining gem, with every member I've interacted with being pleasant, chatty, friendly, and competent. It is a shame that they find themselves short-staffed so often, particularly in regards to the phone lines, as it seems to be the primary pain point in other reviews. As above, this review was initially more negative. When I attended the clinic this afternoon for the requested review, the paramedic Aaron very kindly explained that there had been a mix-up and the staff member that I was supposed to see - Caroline - was not available, and highlighted that my Google review raising my concerns had been listed on my patient file. Aaron took the time to very considerately ensure my needs were being met and to ensure that I felt the clinic was a safe environment, clearing up any misconstrued aggression in the tone of his colleague Cath's reminder texts to me. He was the epitome of providing a good patient outcome, and with the knowledge that Caroline would not be available for five weeks ensured that my primary concern - access to my medication - was fully addressed and that all key parts of the review he was able to conduct himself in her absence were completed. I hope the individual who runs the clinic is aware of the quality of staff they have on hand, and is invested in providing more resources to better support them as they continue to provide excellent service. The bulk of the issues I have had over the years have been related to either the staff shortage, and the formatting of the text message reminders issued to patients, which I continue to believe are inappropriate, bordering on aggressive, and in need of a review. I have never received anything less than outstanding service from the staff, however - any medical issues I have had have felt seen and I have felt supported and accommodated at every turn.

Been with St Paul's from birth. A short period elsewhere as moved areas but the receptionists are always really helpful. Always are quick and efficient. Doctors and nurses are always very polite and accommodating.

The staff and Drs at St Pauls Clinic have been amazing. I have been shown such compassion and care. The staff have been understanding, respectful, and caring. The 2 Drs have seen recently have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the help and treatment I need. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I would like to show my appreciation and gratitude towards St Paul’s GP Clinic today. I phoned this morning and completed an E-consult online for my 2 year old daughter. The receptionists were polite and helpful. We were allocated an appointment at 12 o’clock. The GP (forgive me, I regrettably didn’t take her name) was professional, listened and understood my concerns as a mother. She thoroughly assessed my daughter and agreed she was unwell (even though she seemed happy and alert in herself at the appointment) and diagnosed her with tonsillitis, tachycardia and suffering with a temp of 39.1 after calpol. We were given excellent advice and reassurance by the GP, a prescription for antibiotics and difflam spray (at my request) was given, we collected it from the pharmacy at the handpost who were also excellent, very accommodating and friendly. The pharmacist even gave my daughter a lolly for when she feels better. After all the negativity around GP services and the NHS, I can say from personal experience that you are all wonderful and working so hard to provide high standards of care in very difficult circumstances. Kind regards and many thanks,
