“Omg I’ve just had the most fantastic experience here, looked after by Tracy and Kathy. I needed to be seen by a dentist prior to open heart surgery later this week. I am a 68 male who is petrified of dentists. I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours that’s how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, it’s not the front line staff it’s the organisation that is broken. “Gethin has been brilliant. I was in agony with hip pain (GTPS) and within a few weeks my hips were better than ever. I recently also switched from an NHS physio to Gethin for a MCL injury and in just 2 weeks feel like Im making better progress already. The app used by the medical makes it easy to remember what exercises to do and how to do them correctly. The admin side of The Medical is also very efficient. Appointments are easy to book and you receive text reminders. With the NHS I could never get through on the phone and the text reminders would sometimes fail. I highly recommend The Medical.”

“I brought my dog to Vets4Pets Newport Road after a rough experience at another vet in Cardiff. There are a few things I appreciate about this hospital: - The vets are skilled with good bedside manner, and I was impressed that they offer sonography, radiology, and orthopaedics. They also take the time to talk through your pets care with you and make sure that you understand everything. - They offer emergency services. Although my dog's case was pushed back a day, they helped another pup with an urgent surgery. I am from the States, and these cases nearly always get bumped to emergency clinics and speciality hospitals. - They respect my knowledge as a licensed vet nurse in the States. Other vets dismissed any concerns or knowledge I had of vet med. I've been in the field for 16 years, and I am a skilled nurse, so I appreciate that being recognized. - Their prices are reasonable. - Most of the staff handled it well when I was upset when my old dog's case was deferred to the following week (there may be some lingering irritation with me from some staff, but that is okay). The only issue I had was with an estimate being a little off, but that happens in vet med. They were able to fix some things to honor the price they quoted me.”

“I’m a new pet owner with my very first kitten. We’ve been to Vets4Pets a few times these past few months and have only had good experiences. All vets or nurses I’ve seen have always been very patient, caring and always willing to answer any questions. They always take good care of my kitten, offering him treats and being patient with him as he’s quite timid. At 9:30 AM, I received a call scheduling an appointment with physiotherapist Troy for 11:15 AM.
