Called the dental helpline on Saturday morning (8 a.m.) as I was suffering with a really bad toothache. Got an appointment at this clinic for 9:30 am that same day! Now, before I go on, I want to say that I'm neurodivergent (autistic) and not a huge fan of dentists, which doesn't always make me a great patient. These ladies, however, took on the challenge with ease! The receptionist was extremely polite, putting me at ease from the get-go. When I told them I was autistic and very nervous, they couldn't do more to try and make me feel comfortable. I was quickly called in by the dentist (I believe her name was Helen). Both her and the dental nurse were what I could best describe as angels. They joked around, made me feel safe and comfortable, and explained everything to me step by step before doing anything. Their entire approach was beyond amazing. They allowed the process to go on at my pace, and I was luckily in and out of there very quickly, easily, and with the pain finally gone. I can not thank all of the staff enough for taking such great care of me. 100% would recommend this place to anyone.

Omg I’ve just had the most fantastic experience here, looked after by Tracy and Kathy. I needed to be seen by a dentist prior to open heart surgery later this week. I am a 68 male who is petrified of dentists. I need a tooth out and you can imagine my anxiety levels were through the roof, the experience took two hours that’s how gentle they were, we go on about the NHS but I can tell you, it’s not the front line staff it’s the organisation that is broken. Tracy and Kathy you are a credit to your profession, ps I’m the guy going to Portugal I wish you both could come with me. Chris.

From reception to the dentist and dental nurse, care was great. Very welcoming, polite and caring. Slight wait but nothing crazy and it was a Saturday 10:30am emergency appointment. Overall a good dental surgery.

Haven't been to a dentist for years as petrified of them but due to being in terrible pain I went to see the emergency dentist today. Too anxious to get their names but the female dentist and nurse I saw were amazing. Really put me at ease and were very patient with me. Explained everything before they did it. Would highly recommend the staff here. AMAZING. Thankyou

Attended this clinic as an emergency with an abcess due to infected wisdom tooth. The dentist was very polite and seemed professional however, he gave me a five day course of amoxicillin! This is not the recommended or usual antibiotic for an abcess! Consequently, instead of getting better I was gradually getting worse, had an emergency appointment with my own dentist, was told i was on incorrect antibiotics for abcess and was given Metronidazole, the correct antibiotic. Thank goodness I went back to dentist or I could have been in hospital with sepsis! Makes me wonder about how professional that dentist really was!

Emergency clinic on Bank holiday weekend. Treated by a great, young lady dentist ( I think Rihanna) and young lady nurse ( sorry can't remember name). Asked & Discussed all options with me, explaining all procedures and options. Very attentive throughout and took great care of me during and after a difficult extraction.

The experience I had here was 10/10. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was really nervous and they helped me so much by explaining my options to me ,they also didn't rush me . They told me to raise my hand at anytime I felt pain or if I just needed to have 2 minutes to settle my nerves . I'm so grateful I managed to have a good sleep after a few nights of pain . Thankyou so much .
