Appointments are easy to book and you receive text reminders. With the NHS I could never get through on the phone and the text reminders would sometimes fail. I highly recommend The Medical.”

“Amazing facilities at the Serennu centre which cater for a number of different areas of health and wellbeing for disabled children and their families. There is a little coffee shop on the lower floor level and comfortable sofas within both waiting areas as well as a number of toys to keep the little one entertained whilst you wait. The centre is within a housing estate so not easy to find if you not sure of the area but the NHS does provided hospital transport so this can make getting there easier.”
