This is a very good pharmacy. Run by Khurram and his staff,they are easy to talk to,supportive and friendly. You are made to feel welcome and Khurram is always on hand to give out good advice. Small pharmacies like these with local owners are , regrettabley,declining......so please use it!!
highly recommend their services. they go above n beyond i always get a text to say meds are here they even delivered to my door when i couldn’t collect never have to wait always have everything ready lovely family run business always available to chat and service with a smile khuram at the pharmacy id always available to help with any questions you may have
If I could give more stars I would. After some terrible advice at a very well known pharmacy actually making my son’s injury worse, went to Heaton Pharmacy who completely put him at ease, gave far better advice, and within days it’s looking so much better. Very knowledgable and professional. Thank you so much. We certainly won’t be going anywhere else again
Can't give 0 starts otherwise I would've. Went into the chemist worried about my son on a Saturday morning. With doctors closed I thought the chemist would be better than 111. Asked the lady at the till I want to speak to the pharmacist as I need advice. The pharmacist could see me from behind the till area, gave me a glare and removed eye contact. The lady went and asked him to which he replied I'd have to wait 20 minutes! He didn't even know what I wanted to ask. I found him rude. If you don't want to help people why are you running a pharmacy?! Eugh I won't be using this chemist again that's for sure!!
An amazing chemist. You get excellent customer service and fantastic advice. My mum has been with them for years and I can not praise them enough
They were rude and apparently didn't have my prescription at all after checking for the 4th time the still didn't have it
