This pharmacy needs to get a clock that works. Supposed to close at 6pm, however when I turned up to pick up a prescription at 5.55pm, they had already pulled the shutter down and told me we are all locked up now. Not impressed! This is not the first time. If you say you are open until 6pm please do so, and not waste peoples time by skiving off a few minutes early.
I posted a review a few weeks ago,well,more or less a complaint. With hindsight it really wasn't warranted as staff have bad days, patients have a bad day and things are written in anger. Now the dust has settled I've changed my review to the positive,because overall,that's how the majority of my dealings with this pharmacy has been. None of us are perfect,they do a great job under a lot of duress,and I for one should be more patient. It's a great little pharmacy, long may it continue.
Staff are so lovely and helpful, very approachable with any queries, they had patience of a saint with one horribly rude intimidating costumer the other day trying to embarrass them infront of other costumers, I think they may need to put up a notice that any raised voices, swearing or intimidating behaviour will result in being refused service. I understand they don’t get it correct all the time but it all sounded like it was the costumers fault, thankyou to the staff xx
Had a wonderful experience getting advice from the pharmacy yesterday. The place was packed and the staff were clearly run off their feet, but they we kind, courteous and couldn’t do enough to help and ensured I understood everything I needed to know. I felt I had to leave a review of my experience having seen quite a few rude people speak to staff. We are lucky to have them and the NHS. Keep up the great work.
Rang for advice for one of my children. The lady that answered the phone was very very rude as I had been passed from call to call when the lady answered I asked if it was moorside pharmacy to which she stated “well yeah that’s what I’ve just said and that’s the number you just rang can you get any stupider”. Luckily all my calls record and I will be taking matters further.
Recently joined the surgery and they have been fantastic. Staff have been wonderful. Kelly is a credit to the surgery, gave me wonderful advice and help, thank you.Past 2 practices I have been to were not good. Moorside have been brilliant. Thank you all
Have refused to deliver my child’s medicine even though my household gets medication delivered from the same pharmacy?! I’m not sure how much more effort it would take to add one more item in a delivery? I’m a single mother of 2 children under 4 who works full time and my shifts are mon - fri it is impossible to pick up my child’s medication! Has gone very much down hill as I have used this pharmacy for over 25 years just very sad state of affairs wish it was how it was 5 years ago :(
Absolutely ridiculous service staff havent a clue how to run a pharmacy serving one pateient at a time with a 10 minute wait per pateient I qued for 30 minutes then got told they didnt have my medcine and to come back tomorrow rude staff not there to help clearly only there to get paid no care for the patient I'd rate this place a 0 and they cant use covid as a excuse as this place was going down hill 3 years ago avoid
