Once you get there you realised it all closed door you need to go around for pharmacy where there is no parking mostly very bad experience
Very poor slow service regularly closes without warning, no staff! Can take 1week for a prescription
If you want to get your prescription any time soon then DO NOT use this pharmacy!! Every time I go here, even after waiting a week since ordering, they don’t have the items in stock. Then when I’m told they’ll be in stock i turn up and its shut!! A hand written notice on the door “closed until 3:30pm due to being understaffed.” I turn up after 3:30pm (and before closing time) and another hand written notice “closed due to no pharmacist!” How is this even allowed? Why is it that if I order a prescription the item doesn’t get ordered in until I show up over 72hr later and explain to them that I do actually need the item I requested?!? Then to be told “it’ll be in after lunch tomorrow, come back then”. So I show up after lunch the next day as told and the store isn’t even open??? Totally unreliable, total waste of time. This pharmacy is not worth spending money on.
Very busy pharmacy - or at least it is when I visit. Usually have all my products. Staff mostly very polite - apart from one lady with dark hair who can be very abrupt and rude. Absolutely not warranted and would recommend customer service training or work to rear of store.
Pharmacy is constantly understaffed and staff are very abrupt and rude. They keep you waiting for long periods of time in the often overcrowded shop.
Great service. I had forgotten to reorder my prescription and had run out of meds. The pharmacist managed to sort all this out and get me my full prescription in about 10 minutes. Thank you very much sir. I was well impressed with your service. PWC
