I always go to this pharmacy because they are always polite and they can't do enough to help you. Delivery of medications is always done by a very polite gentleman who will always make you smile.

If only i could give it a zero, this pharmacy doesnt even deserve 1 star. The owner is a lier, i had an issue regarding some prescriptions, i got a fine which was only because of the error/mistake made by the pharmacy. All they need to do is send an email to the relevant people to sort this issue out. Despite ringing numerous times to find out if the email has been sent, it still hasnt. This person has an issue sending a simple email. I am constantly ringing the pharmacy, and then for him to tell me iwill do it today, but he never does. Always lies and misleads people

Over the past 20 years, they have been a vital support for my parents, ensuring they receive their medications accurately and on time. The staff, in particular the lead pharmacist, is always friendly and approachable, taking the time to answer any questions and advising us of any difficulties in obtaining any prescribed medication. . What sets Shakespeares pharmacy apart from any other pharmacy is their genuine compassion. They have gone above and beyond to help my parents and to make sure they receive their weekly prescriptions on time from their GP. This kind of service makes a world of difference, especially for seniors who may need a little extra assistance. Additionally, the pharmacy is well-organised and they have made sure that my parents' medication is delivered on time. I appreciate the peace of mind that you provided over the years with knowing my parents are in such capable hands. My father passed away 7 years ago and my mother very recently. Shakespeares service has gone down in the last few years since the father stopped delivering the meds, have had many issues with deliveries for a while now so reluctantly left them. The pharmist (shabbir) can be rude & difficult to understand at times. Don't advertise a service if you can't deliver on it.
Lovely little chemist. Staff are patient and kind, I always leave feeling they really care. I believe they still do a needle exchange and they also deliver my meds!
