   I couldn't recommend Ramzy's Pharmacy Eldwick highly enough. They have always been professional yet personable and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. There are other pharmacy's closer to me but Ramzy's was recommended to me for what I needed and it has been well worth the extra bit of travelling.

   Just been for my appointment for a covid jab to be told when I drove there that they had ran out and non til next week. Not good enough when you book an appointment and work around your day off, they shouldn't take bookings, this is the reason why I stopped using Ramzys as a pharmacist as you nearly always ended up going twice as they never had all you prescriptions. I've given one star rating as I can't go down to zero

   Recently had my ears syringed here. The pharmacist was reassuring has I hadn't had them done before. I can hear perfectly well now. The staff were helpful and polite.

   There always seems to be an issue finding my prescription items when I go in, even though they have text me to say it’s ready. They seem to have to search in various places trying to find it. There were items not in stock which they took from someone else’s bag. Then there were items missing that they told me where there but weren’t when I got home. I had to have the missing tablets delivered the next day but unfortunately I didn’t get to the door in time as it took a while to limp to the door and he was gone. Re- delivered later in the day and he was really rude, couldn’t even say hello, clearly not happy with his job. Registered at Boots in Bingley as they are open all day and other people give good reports.
