   The worst pharmacy i have even been to. Staff do not communicate with each other and seem confused as to what is going on, no respect towards customers, lies upon lies about why prescription is not available every time i go. I am on repeat prescription and slightly disabled and regardless of my GP sending my prescription through, I never recieve it on time or receive the full prescription. I have registered for home delivery, if they come to deliver, the prescription is left outside of my house for anyone to pick up, otherwise I have to make multiple trips to the chemist to chase it up. Absolutely sick of their service. Have now decided to change pharmacy.

   Keep nominating my grandma to their pharmacy without consent, third time they’ve done this now even though I’ve called both the pharmacy and medical centre multiple times to stop this. Then when the prescription had gone to the pharmacy they didn’t inform me they have my grandmas prescription, she was out of her medication… I called them to return the prescription but they told me it was on delivery which I was fine with. My grandma waited all day and still received no medication so was without medication for another day. I then had to wait till they opened the next day to find out where her medication had gone only to find out it didn’t go on delivery it’s still at pharmacy. Worst pharmacy, very unprofessional… would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

   Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff are rude and have no people skills what so ever. Long waits and 9 times out of 10 they don't have the medication in stock. Won't be using this pharmacy ever again and definitely won't be recommending it either.

   Unpleasant staffs, very rude and disrespectful, no manner. I have a bad experience in the pharmacy twice . So I have tell my doctor not to send my prescription to them anymore .

   It’s 0 stars for me,Friday yesterday I rang to pick up my meds thay said ok,went to pick them up thay out for delivery,I have ocd eating disorder and bad anxiety I have no meds because u told me thay comeing thay never did I rang u 7 times what the hell,now am on edge and carnt go out you are liars and very sad people who run this place,

   Excellent communication and customer care from the staff. They all go out of their way to help you. My mother recieves regular dossette repeat medication from here and it always arrives promptly and accurately with no issues. If I ever need to make any changes I can contact them and they will make the amendments almost instantly.
