   asked advice on getting a multi vitamin for a relative who is terminal and they had two sorts the one i bought is full of band e numbers that are carcinogenic and band from most countries, i then phoned chemist up to ask to bring them back and get a refund was told they can’t do that then said i was going to put it on social media they offered refund but when i said they should know what products they are selling she basically said i’m not a nice person and i offended her and supermarkets don’t know what they sell and you’re not getting a refund i said you are not a supermarket though and i came to ask what would be best for someone terminal and them being a chemist should know what they are selling

   Fantastic chemist, and great customer service!! They are always there to help and advice. Laura is an absolute asset to them she has so much knowledge on medical matters and truly cares for the customers an the local community.

   Extremely efficient staff who are always friendly and happy to help. They don't stock something that I needed, so they ordered it in...AMAZING SERVICE! They provide medication reviews and are happy to discuss any other problems that you may have, then give sound advice on what to do next. This is by far the best pharmacy that I have ever used!

   The staff are very friedly and well mannered, making you feel at ease. The 3 pharmacist are equally as nice, but always seems to be run of their feet. I have been using this chemist for nearly 6 months now. They have never looked down their noses at me, or treat me diffrenly to any other coustermere. They have always been discrete when handling personal matters and have given me some very good advice on matters to do with myself and my children. My little girl didn't want to go to school as she had two black eyes due to an accinent. They gave me advice on how to make feel better and more. My little girl went back to school confident that noone would be laughing at her. So for that I thank all staff that were involved in her recovery. THANK YOU.
