Very very helpful staff. They always help whenever I need on my behalf they even call gp for prescription and try their best so my baby girl get her medicine on time. Really appreciate
I went to get my medication and needed some clarification. Saj, the pharmacist, approached me with knowledgeable answers and ensured all my questions were fully addressed. Brilliant customer service — very approachable and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended!
You should ask for personal details, date of birth when you're face to face with the customer. You ask these questions while you're picking medication from the drawer. The customer shouldn't have to shout out their personal details for privacy reasons while other customers are present. Please remember this the next time you speak to customers.
I have an excellent consultation with Aliza as I was not feeling too well. She listened to all the health concern I had patiently and did a full check and prescribed me with the necessary medicine I needed to get my health back up to normal.
I had a really great experience the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Aleeza was especially professional and supportive. She kindly offered me a few tests to help me better understand my health, as I haven’t been to the doctors in quite a long time. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and the genuine care she showed.

A tight fit inside but I have found the staff pleasant and the pharmacists willing to go the extra mile to ensure my son gets his medications on time. Opens till late so a good place to go if you need to pick up your medication after a 9-5 day at work.

Excellent chemist. I had trouble getting hold of my husbands prescription, visited 4 chemists and couldn’t get them. Rang this chemist and the gentleman was so helpful. Informed me he had the items and we rushed over. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this chemist again.
