   My doctor prescribed me 2 medicines on 23rd dec 2024 but they gave me 1 medicine & didn’t even tell me that they don’t have in stock & when my doctor told me today 3rd Jan 2025 that you have other medicine also to pick which was urgent.i picked my urgent medicine today & I was really annoyed with their service,not to inform me about medicine to pick later.bad service

   I have been a customer of this Chemist. For a long Very Long time. They have always been very good and reliable. And very helpful. With any Questions I have asked about. The staff are always helpful and friendly to me. And we even have a joke with each other now and again. All I can say is I have received extremely positive service from them. Tops for a pharmacy. And I would Recommend them. This is my personal opinion.not trying to get something for nothing. Or any praise. Just my honest opinion.

   I have just been to this chemist to see if my prescription was ready, My slip says Monday but I’m working the weekend and thought while I was shopping in Asda I would check. The lady that served me was really abrupt and spoke to me like I was a child! She told me can’t have it until Tuesday but the slip I have says Monday and also that’s exactly 28 days after my last lot of tablets. I then asked to buy some pain killers and straight away said no I’m not allowed to serve you them, I was mortified at the fact I was being treated like I was a druggie that’s exactly how she made me feel I honestly was so shown up she didn’t even ask who they were for because they were for my other half not me but not that that matters. When I asked the lady why can’t you serve me she replied the pharmacist won’t allow me! I’m not sure what was going on but I left feeling so embarrassed. No one should be made to feel like that when I was only trying to see if my prescription was ready. I have now left this chemist and use a different one to get my prescriptions.

   They sell medicine at the counter which requires no prescription to purchase. The lady wants to know what other medicine my sister takes and says she must come herself. She is disabled. Best to avoid this place even though I have friends who work in the same pbarmacy. 0 stars for service and will definitely not return here. Very awkward staff members
