ZOYA at the in store pharmacy was absolutely amazing thank you for you wonderful service.. saved me from a trek to the GP and those costs associated by easily being able to get what was needed Over the Counter.
One of the worst experiences; extremely rude behaviour, non-cooperative and showing that she is serving us freely. Earlier, a gentleman said we donot have a medication for several next months and you need to call your doctor and the doctor assistant said they sould arrange it or provide you on a written slip. In all this, they have made me a shuttlecock. I just picked this pharmacy so I can do weekly shopping and buy medication of chronic disease but now would NEVER BUY FROM TESCO AND ITS PHARMACY. DISAPPOINTED.
Very friendly and tailored
I was at this pharmacy on two occasions I was desperate to get antibiotics for my wife .A lady working there (Zoya) went out of her way to help me to get the antibiotics by contacting two Tesco pharmacies in the area. .I realise she did not have to do this but it was a stressful time for me and I am so grateful she resolved this for me . She is truly customer orientated and a great help at this difficult times . She is truly an asset to the pharmacy at Great Horton
Very lovely pharmacist in the evening just before closing time. Seemed busy but he ensured my query was resolved. Very knowledgeable and polite - I think his name was Aman.
Arrived at 10:20pm to find the pharmacy already closed. Signs in the store say pharmacy is open til 10.30pm and so does Google - I needed urgent medication. They need to update their signage if they are going to close at 10pm instead.
Friendly staff always willing to help. Quick service too compared to most pharmacies
