   The staff were extremely helpful and took their time to listen and meet customers needs. They explained about prepayment prescriptions plan after they notices that I need 4 different medication and I have to pay for my prescriptions. They advices me to apply if I need more medication in future or need to repeat it, which helps me to save money on medication. I normally purchased my medication from local pharmacies but all local pharmacies were closed on that time and I needed Antibiotics. luckily Siddique Pharmacy had all medicines I needed. A big thank you

   The pharmacist who was a hijabi lady was extremely polite and kind. The girl at the till was decent too. Some other came out from the back and they way she asked me if I'd been served came across as very abrupt and rude. A few customer service skills wouldn't go amiss

   Very poor services! They are big liar I am waiting for my prescription since three days I order my medicine and they are telling me first day we deliver you next day and they are not able to send me the medicine even three days waiting.

   Very very bad service and I mean it.staff are very rude I had to wait 20 minutes once even the 3 of the staff acknowledged me and ignored me. and they don't even care about the customers feelings. Never punctual and they say they will deliver important medicine on a certain day but they don't.when they can't deliver they don't even let you know. And they are always late. I will not be using this service ever again.

   Why do you Have open light outside for Night ? People CANNOT sleep comfortable! Sometimes light it’s open 1pm afternoon as well for what’s I am asking ? Anyway expensive pharmacy. Lady’s are not nice to people.

   ID Photos Appalling Customer Service! Would give zero if possible. Had pictures taken for passport renewal and during application were rejected. Went back and had to wait half an hour to speak to manager and then was told it's ok, ignore and just submit it or to pay again to retake picture. Told him if you still submit they want reason why you still want to submit picture to which he had no answer. They charged £9.50 for digital only picture where could have used Boothe for 4x printed plus digital for £8.

   Good service but not a good place to have passport photos taken I usually get them done here for years but on this occasion the photos were not adequate and I had to use the online service. My advice is to do online i wasn't a satisfied customer here

   Needed important medication for a family member, staff were putting shutters down as I had got there after closing time. Staff were extremely helpful and nice, they opened up the shop to serve me. No-one seems to do that these days. Recommend all my family and friends to come here, cannot thank them enough!

   Needed an important medication and google says they are open on a Sunday so asked the gp to send the prescription there. Went to collect it and it was closed on the Sunday! Had to wait until Monday the next day when I was finally able to pick it up although they didn't have the full supply of a common medication! So simple to update your Google hours why don't u do it
