   I recently visited the Hays Travel office in Keighley with some business-related queries about starting a travel agency partnership. While I appreciated the assistance from the senior lady on the right, who was patient and genuinely tried to help me figure things out, my experience with the younger staff member on the left was less positive. She seemed rushed and somewhat dismissive, offering negativity rather than support. I understand that business enquiries might be less common in retail branches, but some guidance or even pointing me toward the Hays Independent Travel Agency team—who are the real experts for such partnerships—would have been very helpful.

   My Mum asked me to leave this review as she doesnt have access to the Internet. Elaine was really helpful and let us look at great choices within our price bracket without been too pushy. We are still looking and thinking about our options We are pensioners and Elaine is so respectful of our circumstances. Well done Hays for having such a lovely team member.    Had an amazing once in a lifetime holiday to Singapore and a cruise round New Zealand. Michaela found us a brilliant deal at an unbelievable price Not only that but went to the travel agent in Keighley numerous times prior to our trip and all the staff were pleasant and helpful and couldn't do enough.    Best travel agent in Keighley in my opinion as I was told by a member of the staff of the other I would have to go in to their shop and book. The First Lady I spoke to at Hays Keighley was Elaine what a lovely lady she is so helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was done via the phone I had so many questions and Elaine had all the answers. Thank you Elaine we will definitely be booking again with your help next year.

   Usually book our own hols but twice Hays have sorted us out a really good deal for a week in the sun. We tell Michaela what kind of place we'd like, how far we're prepared to fly, even down to requesting a balcony! She's come up trumps every time! Thank you!

   Very friendly service from Elaine in Keighley branch. She found us exactly what we wanted and the rooms we wanted at same price as doing it ourselves on internet. Using travel agents isceasierbas they contact you when it's time to make payments, they print your paperwork and book your seats for you if you want when that window opens.
