   I’ve visited almost all letting agencies in Leicester and several in Derby (when l was looking for a studio), so I can compare agencies. In my opinion, Sulets has a very friendly team who always respond quickly to messages (not every agency does this). Many things related to renting in the UK are new and unfamiliar to me, and my English isn’t perfect, but they explained everything clearly, in simple words, and even repeated things several times when I didn’t understand the first time. I was looking for a studio for my wife and me (the rental starts in January), and they offered me several options, although finding a studio for students at this time is very difficult, as everyone books well in advance, starting in the summer. In many other agencies, I felt a cold attitude and a lack of enthusiasm (they weren’t very willing to talk about each property, and in the end, they usually told me, that l need look everything online). The agent Emma was happy to tell me about each property in detail and show me everything. This saved me a lot of time, because searching for studio online takes a long time. The viewing was also good, and the agent Ruta arrived on time (I had a lot of experience, and agents are often late). I also found out that Sulets offers a wide range of accommodation. Their office is located on the DMU campus (it is very convenient). In short, it is very easy to deal with them and my opinion is based on my personal experience and communication with Emma, Ruta and Joshua.

   Me and my flat mates were using sulets during our second year of university. The majority of the year we had zero issues and little to no complaints. Since moving out of their property, the communication and customer service has been appalling. Despite it being a busy time for the company, I’ve had to chase up every email and phone call for over 2 weeks to resolve our deposits. Would not recommend unless you like being left ignored and uninformed.
