   I had a terrible experience with this property agent. They made numerous promises to fix issues in the house before I moved in, but these repairs were never completed. Despite repeated requests and assurances that they would take care of things, they consistently failed to follow through. I even had to pay for a kitchen repair that wasn't my responsibility. Communication was also a major problem. They were full of empty promises and often seemed unaware of what was going on. For example, I have a persistent water leak that I've reported multiple times with photos and videos, but it remains unfixed. They keep saying they will address it, but they never do. Furthermore, they were dishonest about the terms of my tenancy. When I initially rented the property, they told me I could give one month's notice to vacate. However, when I tried to do so, they refused, claiming they had changed their rules and wouldn't accept it, even though they had previously confirmed it. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. I strongly advise both landlords and prospective tenants to avoid this agency. Their lack of follow-through, dishonesty, and poor communication make them a nightmare to deal with. Landlords should think twice before entrusting their property to them, and tenants should look elsewhere for a more reputable and reliable agency.

I have been with them for the last 3 years or so and always find them helpful all the time. Mr R Sharma the owner of the agency is even available on the weekends if the matter is urgent and this as per my personal experience. Highly recommended.
