   A wonderful visit on 31st December 2025 A fabulous diner dance. Tasty food and DJ Rob Facer was first rate. Rooms clean and tidy. Altogether a fun time seeing in the New Year.

   Food was good but service especially in the restaurant was terrible, a shout out to Sana who is the most unfriendliest of all that she’s even rushing to pay when we are still finishing our drinks. Even clearing table when the we aren’t still done eating. I find it very rude. Also the front desk didn’t even offer any help when we are struggling to move our stuff to our room from reception. Plus, them being not helpful with us asking help for booking taxi! Terrible service!!!

   I stop away frequently in Coventry and I have stopped in a lot so hotels in the area and by far this is the worst bed of them all. I booked a double room and was given two singles together which usually I would request to exchange but it wasn’t until I came to get in bed that I realised, with one mattress broke in and tired and the other at a different height altogether and the pillows too big , safe to say I won’t be booking there again!

   What a lovely find on booking.com for my overnight stay for work purposes. I didn't eat here because I'd eaten on route due to my work load but was greeted with a friendly receptionist & very welcoming. The room is big and a huge TV which is perfect because normally a box standard TV in other establishmentd I use. There was a note in my room that the ground floor is currently being refurbished. So, I'll definitely revisit to see . It was also lovely and quiet stay .

   Not my first time here. The staff are very helpful, the venue always seems nice and clean. On this occasion I did not use the residential facilities as I was attending a wake. But I'd recommend this hotel yo anyone from out of town visiting the locale. M Clarke Rugby, Warwickshire August 2025

   We recently stayed at the Draycote Hotel prior to my daughter’s wedding the following day. Quite a few rooms were booked and I would especially like to thank Christine for her assistance both before our stay and during the time we were there. All the staff went out of their way to make the evening special for us all, even arranging a private room for us all for dinner ( there were 24 of us). We were made to feel so welcome by everyone and “lovely Ian” deserves a special mention for all his help throughout. You all really made the start of the wedding weekend amazing and we so appreciated everything you did to make our stay so brilliant. Also, the food was lovely, all beautifully presented and the rooms were all very comfortable. Thank you all very much!

   We went for our Christmas day meal. Great experience from start to finish. All staff were very attentive particularly Ian who greeted us on arrival and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout . We were not rushed, the food was excellent & having the before & after room for drinks made the day even more special and comfortable. Thank you to Jo Billings for ensuring all our particular requirements were met. We will definitely consider returning next year. Thank you.

   The experience was superb, from the time we checked in, stayed, and checked out.. staffs gave us a warm welcome, very nice staffs… the ambiance of the hotel was really welcoming, the fireplace at the lobby, the bar, and the restaurant..it was quite .. we love it.. the only thing my partner was quietly didn’t like the bed, he wished was more comfortable to him.. but it was okey for me.. we love the stay.. the breakfast was free , it surprised us since in booking it doesn’t say it’s included with the room rate. But then it was free buffet breakfast.. was good

   We haven't stayed overnight yet but we will be when we get married there next year! Come here for a meal every few months and the food is always incredible. Happy to cater to allergies. Meghan and Ian are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to get married here!
