“We were served by Lindsay who was very professional and listened to all our needs. We booked with her last year and because of the excellent job she did we have booked with her again.”
“Rosie and her team have been a pleasure to deal with since our first meeting and now with the ongoing management of my rental property. They communicate well and treat my property like their own, which gives me great comfort in knowing it will be well looked after. I highly recommend the Belvoir Rugby team if you are looking for a personable and trustworthy property management service!”
“Best letting agency I have ever dealt with. I had quite a difficult situation with the landlord, they picked it up efficiently and were always nice and responsive, even when I was angry and frustrated!”
“Had a meal here with friends a couple of weeks ago. We had a warm welcome and a very friendly and helpful hostess. Food was lovely and good value. I would recommend the pie. Will return again.”
“the waitor servan is an absolute delight. his customer service and genuine care for others is truly impeccable! thank you servan for making our morning. thank you chef shane for a delicious breakfast!”
“Staff members were so friendly. Especially the waiting staff you meet for breakfast, one in particular Caroline and Anna the cook. They both had the time to interact with my partner, myself and our 2 year old son. Caroline even came and sat with us and told us to go get some breakfast while she helped feed our son, gave him colouring pencils, drew with him getting to know new names etc .. Anna who is Polish I think she would always greet our son with “good morning, baba!” Since we’re now back home our son has never forgotten and he would run up and say mummy Anna says “good morning, baba!” Next door to Premier Inn there is TGI FRIDAYS. We got our dinner in there on the last night. Food was amazing 10/10 but expensive. Make sure if you eat here and you’re staying at the Premiere Inn next to it you tell the staff to get 20% off. Location isn’t bad up the road you have McDonald’s and Asda. Although it wasn’t easy to find Asda but after a few tries of searching and getting lost we found it lol. Other than that it’s a great place to stay 10/10 No noise, beds were so comfortable, top notch.”
“Dropped in today for breakfast. What a lovely surprise. Great choice of cooked breakfast and continental with fruit juice and hot drinks all for 1 price.”
“What a lovely find on booking.com for my overnight stay for work purposes. I didn't eat here because I'd eaten on route due to my work load but was greeted with a friendly receptionist & very welcoming. The room is big and a huge TV which is perfect because normally a box standard TV in other establishmentd I use. There was a note in my room that the ground floor is currently being refurbished. So, I'll definitely revisit to see . It was also lovely and quiet stay .”
“My fav pub in Rugby for an afternoon beer.Lovely people, peaceful atmosphere.”
“Great service from Spencers Rugby! Big thanks to Niamh for being so helpful and making the whole process really easy. Highly recommend!”
“Ideal location for an overnight stop off, just off the M6 motorway. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. We were travelling with a baby so were given a room with a cot on the ground floor. Rooms are spacious and clean and include a bath tub. There is plenty of parking on site, just remember to register your vehicle at reception when checking in. There is an Aldi and a Subway just behind the hotel which is very convenient.”
“I cannot thank Stacey the manager at the Rugby Dunchurch Travelodge enough. She greeted us with a big smile, hugs for our dog and was super helpful and caring. The room was faultlessly clean and the whole hotel smelt wonderful. The bedding and towels were super fresh and white. Ample free coffee, tea, sugar and milk. We stayed in a spacious family room with our dog and it was perfect. It feels very safe there. This was my first time staying in a travelodge and this was spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. Stacey's team are wonderful at what they do, as Stacey leads by example. Happy staff, happy place to stay. Thank you Stacey and all your team. The location was perfect for us, as there was a Mcdonalds on site, and a wonderful garden centre 4 mins walk away where we had breakfast before we set off.”
“We came to Brownsover Hall tonight on their soft opening night. We have really looked forward to seeing the hotel come back to life after is declined under its previous owners. To say the new owners have redeveloped the hotel is an understatement. They have improved the hotel incredibly and turned it into a uniquely beautiful boutique hotel. The welcome was fabulous, the receptionist Alice was very pleasant and smiley, as were the bar staff and Adam we anssume F&B Manager was very welcoming too. In fact we spoke to a number of members of staff and all were friendly and welcoming. Harry served us and he was knowledgable and helpful and again exactly how you would want a high quality establishments staff to treat you. The food was excellent, the flat iron steak cooked to perfection. The other dishes we had were fabulous too. The tarte-tatin is most definitely worth waiting for. The ambience of the restaurant, Scott’s, was awesome and has as with the rest of the hotel been lovingly and skilfully interior designed. We will definitely return after such a lovely experience. We’ve used this hotel many times in the past and it is now another level. The new owners have created a wonderful experience. Well done on creating such a beautiful environment.”
“Excellent service and good advice.”
“We stayed here the night before Reggaeland as it’s only 20 mins on the train to Milton Keynes. The room was massive, clean and fresh sheets. Staff are really sweet and work so hard. It was £55 for the room plus breakfast for myself and my 2 girls. The breakfast is well worth the money and has great choices including gluten and dairy free. It’s replenished often and fresh, lovely full English and a variety of drinks, fruits and continental. The location is perfect facing the railway station and about a 15 min walk to the local shopping centre.”
“For the price range, this is a fantastic hotel. The room was spotlessly clean amd very quiet. The location is great: walking distance inti Rugby, maybe 15 minutes off the M1, with ample parking. I highly recommend it.”
“We ordered 2 large ultimate chicken mexicanas and that was the best pizza we had In ages !It was fresh and had just the perfect amount of ingredients.we will definitely order more! We ordered through Uber Eats and we got a good deal too. Pizza was delivered piping hot in less than 20 minutes (it's Friday night) and the driver was very polite. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Stopped here Saturday 1st Nov. I booked the wrong night by mistake but the hotel accommodated me and changed my date with no extra cost. Extremely helpful. Spotless room. Very large bed with 6 pillows, really comfortable. Lovely room. All in all what a lovely place. Would recommend all day long and will stay again. Thank you to the staff.”
“Julie and her staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay as a large group was as comfortable as it could be. The location is an easy 5 min walk to the centre of Rugby, beds are comfy, and everything works (what more do you need). Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel at this price point.”
“Lovely personal service. Our dog pulls us in the door.”
“Went to a family wedding this weekend at the manor and it really was such a fantastic venue. The rooms were beautiful; service from the team was spot on and the gardens and outdoor area was a delight! Thank you so much”
“Fantastic cattery, very caring and provide brilliant care looking after our cat. Great communication when booking and immaculate facilities for the cats they look after. Lovely added touch is sending pictures of your cat to you when you're away!”
“I had some very happy terriers to collect after their stay while we humans took a sunny break. Adam and the team are extremely helpful and accommodating. You can relax knowing your dogs are in very experienced hands.”
“We recently purchased a house through Cadman Homes. A big thank you to Adam and Liam who kept us up to date on progress throughout. I was particularly impressed with their ability to chase along the chain to keep the purchase moving forward. They are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, but equally important, they are a friendly and approachable team. Many thanks.”
“Marcus provided a first class, professional service when selling my house. His advice was invaluable and he acted very promptly in getting the house on the market. He arranged several viewings within a few days, kept me informed of progress and provided realistic feedback. The whole process went very smoothly. I recommend Marcus's services.”
“Proper British pub. Very friendly and welcoming. Had table skittles, nice to watch some locals having a game as we drank.”
“Ideal temporary accommodation when my own home was flooded, brilliant dog walking field”
“Wanted to extend my thanks to the excellent team at Crowhurst Gale for handling the sale of my property, in particular Emma and John. They both did an amazing job handling the account while working to a tight deadline with a demanding buyer. Moving home is a hugely stressful process and they did a fantastic job to alleviate some of the headaches that come along with it. I'll definitely be using Crowhurst Gale again in the future if I ever end up moving again. Thanks so much guys!”
