Rooms a little tired but very clean! Couldn't accommodate the early check in as booked so promised the £15 refund. Polite and helpful staff. Great shower. Family of 4. Comfortable beds and extra pillows. Brand new towels. Extremely good value for money especially as stayed on NYE!

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. Everything was wonderfully clean and tidy, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Alfie, the best chef! We absolutely loved every dish he prepared; his food truly made our stay memorable. Sophie was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with a smile. Natalie was very professional and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Emily and Emma were also wonderfully helpful and attentive. Mike was also very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel branch to others. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for.

We stayed here for one night, last minute booking whilst visiting University of Warwick, very quick an easy, on arrival a quick and simple check in, asked for another towl, that was no problem. Asked about breakfast booking, all explained well. In the morning we were greeted by Emma, what a very friendly and helpful member of the team, chatted whilst taking order, very quick service working well with her colleagues. Good breakfast selection, and a very friendly farewell on our checkout. This is our second stay here, its perfect when we are nearby, thank you Premier Inn, We know what we are getting at a good price.

Premier Inn South A45 Coventry 13th Oct 2025. Unfortunately, the experience my wife and I had was extremely disappointing and far below the standards that Premier Inn promotes. Upon arrival, I requested two extra pillows at reception. The duty manager evening shift informed me that there should be two spare pillows in the bag on top of the wardrobe. When I retrieved them, I was shocked to find they were dirty and contained visible hairs. I immediately reported this to the manager again and the staff member provided two new pillow covers, but this did not resolve the overall cleanliness concern. I then requested to change rooms due to the poor condition, but I was told again by duty manager the hotel was fully booked no rooms available “YEH RIGHT". As a result, we had no choice but to remain in the same room. Unfortunately, it was located next to what appeared to be a boiler room, and the loud mechanical noise persisted throughout the night, making it impossible for us to have a proper rest. In addition to the above, the room itself was in an unacceptable condition: * The carpet was heavily stained and unhygienic, making us reluctant to remove our shoes. * The walls had multiple visible marks and scuffs. * The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. * The room had an unpleasant smell throughout out. I reported these issues to reception again, and while the lady on duty the following morning was polite and helpful, she mentioned that the duty manager might not be available "YEH RIGHT HIDING AWAY". She assured me she would log my complaints. This experience was far from what Premier Inn advertises on TV or what we have previously come to expect from your brand. My wife and I were extremely disappointed and could not wait to check out the following morning. Given the unacceptable conditions and the lack of a restful night’s sleep, waiting to hear back from so called Premier Inn better sleep for your money... For health and safety reasons council should close down this place. Okay now I am after that Lenny Henry, is anyone seen him? missing leading costumers on TV. I presume premier inn is good enough for him ____________________________________________________________ OMG: They even gave the wrong email address to get in touch with Premier inn C/R 1/RESPONSE from premier Inn: our team is always available to assist you. 2/RESPONSE from me: “Oh, that’s rich, Let’s stop pretending the team was ‘always available.’” I have already emailed your C/S not heard back from them.

My husband and I were put in a room that was not suitable for us, which was a complete misrepresentation of what we had paid for. At check in we were not informed that the room we will be in overnight was not the room we booked and that the room was the only one available. The receptionist informed us that the hotel was fully booked therefore they could not move us to a different room. The receptionist also said that if we had not paid for breakfast in advance, we would have the free breakfast. In the morning it was awkward to have a shower as there was a chair mounted on the wall in the corner of the shower area. The water was taking forever to drain which resulted in standing in a pool.of water while trying to take a shower. I mean where is the health and safety in all this In the morning we were told the hotel could not provide us with a hot breakfast we had paid for in advance but only continental breakfast was available. At that point we were offered a refund of the payment for breakfast. We took it and left. I have never had such bad experience with any Premier Inn Hotel before hence my 1 star because of the room and service. We were so put off, we're not going to make Premier Inn our first choice for a hotel booking in the near future. Very disappointed customer.

Staff at this hotel need many stars warm welcoming and very caring. Over all EVERYTHING is great here except a little face lift needed..Great location. Having exceptional staff with good customer service skills within hospitality is a must and the staff certainly have all the stars .

I'm sad to say that this wasn't a good experience. The heating in the room didn't work, there was only one set of towels for two people and only one coffee. We could have complained but having arrived late in the evening after a long trip,I wasn't in the mood to run up and down the stairs to the front desk.

Very friendly staff & a nice room to stay in for the night. My room was nice & clean upon arrival. It was disappointing to find that the usual Brewers Fayre / Beef Eater restaurants were not accompanied on site. The Miller & Carter steak house was not to our liking, so we had to travel out of the area to find something that we preferred. The eat as much as you like breakfast is fantastic, which is based on site within the Premier Inn.

Stayed for Business purposes. This hotel needs drastic improvements with cleanliness and overall conditions of the rooms. The room was absolutely filthy, cobwebs everywhere and home to 3 spiders (1 pictured in the bathroom) which I had to remove out of the room. The room had a very foul smell and the bathroom pipes smelt of unclean stagnant water. The shower will block up within a minute of water running, leaving you standing there with water rising up to your ankles very quickly! Reception was mostly unmanned but the manager when available was friendly. Breakfast refunded for 2 nights (totalling £15) but that quite literally means nothing when you've paid £130 for what could only be described as mediocre at best.

Very clean and staff friendly. It is an older premier inn so no air conditioning and the windows don’t open wide so it was very hot in the room in July! The bathroom also needs ripping out and a refurb. Peeling paint on the ceilings and woodwork and grotty sealant and a shower curtain flapping around you in the cubicle rather than a shower screen. Also had a public toilet smell and the toilet didn’t flush well. Clean as it could be under the circumstances, just maintenance issues. Breakfast ok, my daughter asked for a bacon sandwich and they said they couldn’t do this but they could give her some bacon and toast. Comfy bed but we would use the Warwick premier inn next time as we have previous years.
