Decent place to stay. Rooms were good with some minor wear and tear. It echos quite a bit since they're so empty.
My experience at the serviced apartment in Coventry was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional – the gentleman who received me was excellent. The flat itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and far bigger than I expected. Being on the 7th floor, it was quiet, spacious, and just unbelievably nice. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
Really lovely apartment,these are all with oven microwave toaster and Kettle.Located very well in the city centre staff are lovely and helpful if you have any questions would definitely stay here again reasonably priced too.
First the "somewhat good": adequate if somewhat spartan, spacious apartment. Location is fantastic, smack in the middle of the city center. Now the REALLY bad: HORRENDOUS Security Flaw! Two nights in a row, our apartment was invaded in the middle of the night by strangers—a drunk woman the first night, and a confused or simply clueless man the second—who mistakenly entered our unit, thinking it was theirs. Shockingly, their keys opened our door without any issue. They barged in loudly, turned on the lights, and startled us from our sleep—causing intense stress and anxiety, as you can well imagine. Even worse, management completely ignored my initial complaint and failed to take any action after the first incident. This negligence directly led to it happening again the following night. And when I raised the issue again, all I got was a shrug and a dismissive, “Well, sorry, this never happened before.” I ended up having to use furniture to barricade the door just to feel safe enough to sleep the remaining night. Absolutely shameful and incredibly disappointing.
Parking is bad incomprehensible ncp access in different road... Road layout is terrible well done Coventry council. Once you find your way in it's fine but the access is very tight watch your alloys! Room clean getting a bit tired, beds hard and a not terribly comfortable I slept ok but the wife hated it. Porter come security guy excellent!
I spent a week here in a 1 bedroom flat and I was really counting the days to leave as I just wasn't comfortable, I chose a flat because I wanted to cook, the cooker fan extractor didn't work so this set off the very loud fire alarm which made me cook less and leave all the windows open. The fan in the bathroom also didn't work so the whole flat was stinking any time the number 2 business was done. I called and made a complaint about the kitchen fan and nothing was done about it, so do not expect any services from the "serviced" apartments. The bed was so soft and the mattress worn out so I had back aches all through the days I was there. The carpet in the corridors leading to the flats was completely worn out and looked pretty horrid. I really should give a 1 star but the the location is very good and every restaurant and store you needed was literally minutes away, the heating was very good as well and you dial up as much as you want on tap, only two things I can say were good about my experience. My next trip to Coventry, I will just stay at the Premier Inn which is in the same building block. I came for a relaxing break and I was irritated all the way through, I will not be staying here ever again for sure.
In the heart of Coventry and near to all essential locations. The apartments on 6th and 7th floor are quite big and have all the amenities. Price is a bit on the higher side. Parking is close to the property i.e. NCP car park. Good for student accommodation as well.
Are you all joking? Are all these reviews fake? The lifts didn't work. The springs in the mattresses make different sounds depending on where you lay (we had two different rooms with four beds - all the same). One of the couches had been stabbed. The whole ground floor smells like bin juice. I literally don't even know what the 'front desk' was. Please don't stay here. Don't give these people money and let them get away with this. They will eventually go out of business and someone who knows how to run a hotel/serviced apartment will end up doing this location justice.
Stayed here with some friends and the apartment was clean, tidy, fresh and well kept. Had all the basics you need, a shower and bath although we couldn't work out the hot water but it's so hot we didn't mind. Located well near shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly, polite and really helpful as were the cleaning staff too. Perfect for what we needed.
These apartments are spacious modern, clean and tidy, let down by lack of attention to detail, very poor show on the cutlery front 1 knife and fork for 4 people, no hot water in the morning due to a time clock set to come on st 8am, not much use when you get up at 06.30 and need to get out. Comfort of the beds marginal also, rooms were nice and warm despite foul weather outside. There was a long list of issues at the end of the short stay mainly to do with getting the apartment up and running for 4 people, obviously disappointed for the money. No sure I would stay here again or recommend them.
