   Popped down yesterday and was supported by the chemist as I had ran out of my medication and the doctors despite requesting it twice hadn’t put it through and it was no longer on batch. I experienced the male clinician in the pharmacy assist with a person centred attitude supported by pharmacist margaret I think her name was, in providing me with a 7 day emergency course of Medication that iv been taking for years. Thanks again great customer / patient care, very understanding, accommodating and professional.

   Amazing customer service, would highly recommend pharmacist was so helpful! I needed an emergency supply because my usual chemist forgot my dosette box, the pharmacist was super patient and helpful and she sorted me a weeks worth of medicine, so I have a enough time to sort my usual prescription.

   Only made a phone call to see I could collect my childs preventative inhaler. The woman was obstructive, even after spelling the medication twice and giving both names of the medication needed. Told me she didn't know which inhaler I need. I had to terminate the call Seriously worry about the competency of some people. Hospital admission as the outcome of this.

   Always helpful, polite and fast service. Been going for years the staff are always very helpful and kind. They are always going above and beyond to help get whatever you need. New pharmacy in bank field only been open 3 weeks. Couldn’t recommended it enough!

   Very poor service today. My partner went to collect 3 batches of medication for me. One was ready and was told there weren't other. My partner had to tell the assistant twice to check in the back before she came back with the complete prescription. I think Bankfield Surgery, if they are the new owners, need to invest in staff training.

   Lovely pharmacy since new management. The pharmacist is friendly, knowledgeable and is my first point of contact now as he is better than a GP. The pharmacy is now a lifeline in Elland and I would never go elsewhere. I have been praising the pharmacy to my friends and family!
