The two young staff are absolute clueless they send you away as they can't be asked to dispense the medication asking to come back again. On occasion I have rang them they say come the prescription is not ready. The older staff Gill, As a are the best
I don't think they know about stock control. Most times I go they have run out of basic medicines and never seem to improve. They spend ages trying to find prescriptions. So I really think they need training on how to run a chemist.
Gone today for my pre booked covid and flu injection waited 20 mins to be told they could only do my flu jab went on nhs website to re book but my appointment had gone so was unable to book a new appointment had no notification to cancel my booking so not happy went to my own doctors and was in and out in 15 mins only booked at cohens as was only suitable appointment
Really unprofessional! Called up as they missed a medication out, was told to collect after 2pm on the Friday. However closed by time I got there and closed over the weekend. Went down on Monday first thing to be told it will be ready Tuesday and that the guy said he never spoke to me - so basically trying to say I was lying! The wait times are ridiculous especially if you’re only collecting.
Staff very friendly..very helpful always try their best ..have good knowledge

Be waiting for delivery since Tuesday 12th may 2020 since not received medicine delivery drive had instruction to post never did came back to chemist not rocket science take out of bag and post not using chemist again useless unreliable
Very short of parking space ! Has all the usual items in stock plus a range of girls' hair accessories. Wheelchair access ok.
Staff are amazing, so friendly! They treat you as if you're their own family. Highly recommended!
