Swift and easy, you can choose how the practice communicates to you, and picking up is always comforting with diligent understanding staff.
Really poor attitude of staff, and so rude, no consideration for their customers what so ever.
A very terrible service, they serve as they please not the patient interest. I made my flavours known. So what's the AIM of service... if not to satisfy a patient. They keep arguing insteaded of apologising. Their pharmacy records states clearly my flavours... then you are supplying a flavour I didnt requested. Am changing pharmacy ASAP
