In the end Iv gone back to the original delivery place it was better... being honest thats how sad its become but O NOT GO TO THESE ONCE THERE THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE YOU & YOUR DR Cannot even gwr contact!

Extremely rude staff. Very bad service. Would recommend to avoid this pharmacy. No manners at all and a complete shambles of dispensing medication. Wouldn't even give 1 star but it won't let me post review otherwise.

This is by far the worst Pharmacy I have dealt with. I asked for the medication of my newborn to be delivered to my house as it is a service the pharmacy offer, they agreed but forgot to deliver it. I went in to collect it and asked them again to deliver any future medication to my address. Again this didn't happen, a couple of days later I called to ask if they had the prescription, they advised I had to come in and collect it since it was antibiotics. Neither my surgery nor the pharmacy told me about this so I had to wait 3 days before I actually got the medication. Again, this was medication for my newborn. Once I had received the antibiotics I gave it to my child. A few days later I realised the medication actually had an expiry date of January 2022 and it was prescribed in February. Although I admit it was my fault for for not checking the expiry date as soon as I got it, I didn't think I should be concerned about checking for expired medication being given out.
