All the staff at The Vet Station are very nice and kind. They looked after my dog so well. It's the best vets around.
First visit consultation to discuss upcoming spay. Really lovely staff, super friendly and really helpful. Very easy to book appointment. Treats behind the desk for good girls and boys.
Amazing practice which genuinely cares about its customers. Reasonably priced, easy to get an appointment, good communication and just an all round good experience for myself and my dog. The vet took his time, went through three options and took into account my personal circumstances. Would highly recommend!
Easy to get a booking. Short waiting time. I’m a return customer and the friendly staff greeted my dog by name on arrival. Professional yet warm Vet talked through options before we agreed a treatment. Highly recommend. Like nothing else I’ve ever experienced at another UK Vet practice!
Receptionist quite rude. Telephone connection not very good, and all of a sudden, I was told not to use that kind of tone. How rude, I haven't even raised my voice or anything. Their lack of professionalism is letting down the company! This is not the first time I encounter this kind of attitude. You should look into this, as they are your front of house!

We can not recommend The Vet Station high enough. All the staff are extremely friendly and at the same point professional. Originally went to Vet Station for a second opinion and we wound up staying.
I have been to multiple vets over the years. Since dealing with fernando at The Vet Station on both my visits, the difference in how good his customer service, help and knowledge is the reason why I travel two hours to use him. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.
