   The 2bedroom apartment was very clean & well maintained. Felt very safe with parking onsite with gated. Self Check in & Check out instructions were superb. The properties is well located in terms of accessing university & city center. Will Definitely recommend to my friends & family.

   Big room for the price, this is a two beds studio apartment, very secure building. Enough towels, toiletries etc, communal laundry room is very useful for emergency washes. Great value as there's also free parking just outside the apartment It's in the town centre so there are occasions where someone in the neighbouring areas will have a noise/loud music which I don't mind.

   Room was located in a not so pleasent area of Coventry however it is very convenient for access to the city centre and local amenities. On to the room, basic and for the price you can't really ask for more, however they need massively updating, they are fairly tired in places. Met with an awfully unpleasant odour as soon as we walked in the door which didn't go away for weeks. The shower left a lot to be desired, either scalding hot or freezing cold, there was no inbetween and the the hosts were less than helpful when contacted. Not only this but the room was a sweatbox! The towel rail was stuck switched on and we had to turn it off at the trip switch. Cleaning of the room was non existent, for an apartment which was advertised as "serviced" I was expecting cleaning to be part of that, we got the odd "mid stay clean" as they called it, generally around a week before we were checking out which didn't really make much sense or a couple of days after checking in, then the last booking we made for 2 or so weeks the apartment wasn't cleaned at all and the hosts havent wanted to help in the slightest and have refused a partial refund for the cleaning side of things. I wouldn't stay here again, yes its convenient and that's probably the only thing going for it, the hosts are awful and very rude, just interested in the money and not their customers. Stayed for a couple of months in the end due to house troubles and they were very unhelpful. Add to that the fire alarm going off pretty much every night because of people smoking in rooms, inconsiderate neighbours banging doors which you can hear through the wafer thin walls. I'd personally pay that bit extra next time and stay elsewhere.

   I've used Studio 2 now on 2 separate work visits and have found Cyrille and the team a pleasure to book with. They are friendly and amenable, the studio is clean and has everything I need for my 3 night stay. It can get a bit noisy with other guests around but this didn't bother me at all as it was never late into the night. It's a great location for me and offers free parking close by. Ideal for me.

   It’s a wonderful place to stay for families or group of upto 5 people, the apartment is conveniently located at a 5mns drive to city centre, university, station and supermarkets. The parking is free and abundant, there is a nice little park just opposite for those who are keen for morning/evening runs! The flat is well equipped with Smart TV in every room (including working Netflix acc), well ventilated with windows to let air and sun in every room. Kitchen is very good with all working appliances, utensils, washing machine, toaster etc. The bathroom is modern and on the luxurious side by British Standards! The only negative if I can pick is a tad drab hallways and common entrance area which feel from a different era and little underwhelming initially. All in all a great stay for people who have their own car and looking for a modern comfortable homely stay!
