Stayed here for a work night out in Warwick. It's a short taxi to the town centre and in a nice location. The rooms were lovely, modern and clean. The service was hit and miss, luck of the draw who you spoke to I think. Use of the gym and pool was included in the stay which is good. Didn't use them myself but for some it'd be nice to have the option I think

I visited for a work trip, needing to stay closer to Birmingham. I choose here for the facilities. On check in I wasn't given any information about the use of the facilities or dining available. To use the machines in the gym you need to have a profile set up on their system as a gym member, nobody communicated this to me. The swimming pool was clean and a good temperature. The lanes however are very narrow which made swimming awkward trying to avoid people swimming in the opposite direction. The hotel room itself was adequate, although there was mould in the shower. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was self service buffet style but with no allergen information on the labels I find it hard to navigate. I will likely visit again as it was good value for money.

This was our fourth stay here and once again it was fantastic. The rooms are spotless, the beds are really comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s lovely and quiet at night, and the food and drinks are consistently great. We’ve enjoyed every visit so far and can’t wait to come back again next year and use the outdoor pool! Highly recommended.

We stayed here on an overnight to play golf. The location, golf courses and clubhouse were absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend for a day of golf. Unfortunately, when it came to the hotel, it was a different story, especially when it came to the food in the restaurant!! We ordered a pie and a burger, both of which had clearly been frozen and blasted in the microwave. I couldn’t even cut through the crust on my pie and the inside was an inedible congealed mess. The burger was like a rock and the bun was stale. We sent both meals back without eating a single bite. They offered us a pizza instead and thought to ourselves, ‘surely you can’t get a pizza wrong’. We were sadly mistaken. The pizza reeked of burnt dough, which stayed with us until the next morning. After leaving 3/4 of the pizza, we left the restaurant having barely eaten. Dinner was a chocolate bar that night! This place could be so good, but sadly they have it all wrong, from the food to the atmosphere in the bar. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to the hotel but will certainly go back for the golf!

The staff who work here are excellent. The room was nice and clean. The location was very good close to the things we wanted to do. We were given free access as guests to the firework display which was really special. The swimming pool and hydro pool were really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had a really great stay would highly recommend.

Amazing!!! This hotel/spa is brilliant. A lovely night away for me and my partner. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and very moden. The swimming pool was great. Friendly staff and very helpful. Plenty or parking. The golf course is stunning and a great view when eating breakfast.

Just spent the the night staying here at the hotel and would definitely go back again . The staff are superb and very polite and can not help you enough. The rooms are brilliant with all the basics very clean with brilliant room service. And the gym is superb with great equipment only let down is it does close at 10pm but it’s definitely worth a session as got some amazing techno gym equipment . The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful will definitely be returning here again.

Had a very relaxing stay here, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. No issue with the room, which felt modern and clean. Communal carpets in the corridors and lifts a bit worn but that’s to be expected. The highlight for us was the spa, which was recently refurbished. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna, steam room combo and a fab pool (continuous 1.2m depth). Terrace overlooking the golf course which is a nice view. Only negative for us was the breakfast which was poor. Nice coffee, but the rest of the cooked breakfast was sat in terrines looking a bit sad. Tasted OK, but it was not the best. Still, if you go there for health reasons, maybe a greasy breakfast isn’t a smart idea anyway. Would go again (but wouldn’t bother with breakfast).
