   I stayed in room number 5, it was a perfect size, has everything I needed and was very comfy. There was lots of pubs and shops nearby and loads of places to eat. The owner was lovelly and very helpful, not that I needed much help but she was easy to contact and my stay for 3 nights was very nice. Highly recommended

   Comfortable bed and easy parking. Rooms are clean and simply furnished. Easy to gain access to the rooms. I booked here through a 3rd party app that said it was less than half a mile to the town centre, sadly it was well over a mile. Not the Jersey Villas fault but it was booked to be close to town.

   Room was nice clean, bed was comfortable, but we stopped when it was warm and there was no fan available, (these have been available in other places), room was hot through the night, tea coffee, available but no white sugar for tea, and no breakfast available. A bit over priced at £85 a night, we had booked 2 nights. Hey ho,

   The lady who owns the guesthouse was lovely, warm and very friendly and gave us information and directions for several nearby places. It was £140 for 2 nights on a spur of the moment booking in August so i think it was great value.The villa itself was lovely, clean and spacious with a good size ensuite shower room. The bed was really comfortable too which is a big plus for me due to having fibro. Nice modern interior with well stocked tea and coffee facilities. It was room only which we knew and that was explained in the description. There are so many great places to eat nearby including a tesco superstore just over the road which do a great cooked breakfast so it really didn't matter. It was about a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Warwick which was just nice to stretch the legs and the restaurants we ate in were lovely too. These were Art Kitchen Thai food and Castle Balti. They both served amazing food and were very attentive and friendly. An all round great experience!

   Perfect. Great location for Warwick and Leamington Spa. I stayed one night. Greeted by the owner on arrival. Very pleasant lady. Really nice room, comfortable bed. I will be staying here again in the future … Thankyou

   Booked 3 rooms for overnight stay for my brothers 75th birthday party, Did not fail to impress. I had stayed here a number of years ago for a work appointment. The Guest House has been completely refurbished since and certainly lives up to it's star value, would not hesitate to return again. Top Marks.

   Everything you could ask for from a guest house at a fair price and an easy walk to the racecourse. Huge bed and the bonus of a fridge in the room!Would definitely stay again.

   This was an amazing experience for my first Bed & Breakfast experience. The building has been restored with some very smart features and security. I absolutely loved this stay. Squeaky clean, the host is always accessible and helpful. Only a short walk from the train station.
