   We really enjoyed our stay. While the rooms are basic and functional it is the kind and friendly staff who make the stay magical. Particularly Alex struck up a lovely relationship with our kids on arrival and subsequent days. Thanks Alex!

   Booked 2 rooms. Both were clean and bathrooms were ok. Requested 1ground floor with shower not bath which we got. A hairdryer in room would be nice. Location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel doesn't do breakfast but several places nearby do nice food. Carpark is a bit tight but adequate.

   Stayed for one night in the family room. The room. The hotel is right on a main road so was very noisey during the night. The fans in the room need replacing they was so noisey to. The pull out sofa bed has seen better days very uncomfortable. But the hotel was in walking distance to the town which was great and the staff where friendly.

   Great location. Rooms are a decent size. However it was too hot. No air con. A big fan bit noisy so you couldn’t keep it on overnight. Left the window open but then it was really noisy as the hotel is on a busy road. No reception after a certain time and nobody there in the morning either. No food options available so not breakfast never mind dinner. Lucky it’s close to all outside catering so plenty places to walk to for food. Only really stay here if you want to see what Warwick has to offer without having to walk too far.

   Was nice clean room and staff are very friendly. Downside is the limited space in thr carpark but Alex on the desk help and did what he could do to sort this out. Will visit again.

   We stayed here over night it seems like a small family run business decent place to stay and a prime location. Rooms were nice and staff were polite and helpful. Continental breakfast included in price only issue is finding a staff member when needing help

   Super close to Warwick train station, ample parking for residents. Really good value option. Decent Wi-Fi, good breakfast, and a really good shower set me up for my day. The entrance to the hotel is through the archway not on the street side.

   This would be 0 stars if i could give zero. I have travelled many times and stayed in numerous hotels and never had such a terrible experience. When we checked in the hotel smelled damp and the fridge in the first room was very dirty. By the time we got to the second room there was mould in the bathroom around the shower, a wet towel from prior occupants hung on the back of the door and the sink wasn't draining correctly. The staff member told us it was fine and he would tell the owner the same. Must not have wanted to get in trouble for not doing his job. It's the first time I ever had to check out of a hotel with 2 hours of checking in, only reason it took two hours was the unhelpful manner of the staff namely Alex. Prior to leaving I agreed to pay for the 1st night for both rooms even though we were not staying. Call it a goodwill gesture. I was supposed to be reimbursed for 2 nights as agreed on the day but now I am being told the refund won't be coming. A family member who lived locally reccomended this hotel and certainly won't reccomend it going forward. If you want a hotel with no hassle and stress free this is not the place to go. Might I note another couple were complaining the same day as us and were being moved rooms so it certainly was not us just being awkward.

   We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and our room was a great size with very comfortable facilities. We would definitely stay here again.
