   Had an amazing stay at park cottage. Janet could not of been more welcoming or accommodating. She was so kind and friendly. The room itself was spotless and full of character. As well as the finer details it was just perfect. Breakfast in the morning Was also 10/10 cooked by Stuart who kindly recommended places to visit and was lovely to talk to. Will 100% recommend and would stay again in a heart beat.

   A really great b&b. We had family visiting and they looked after them very well. The potting shed is beautiful and a really great room. The whole Venue is lovely and very well run. They also helped them out with discount tickets to the castle and helped make their visit even more special. Thank you both.

   Janet & Stuart were lovely hosts, chatting away and offering discounted tickets to the castle, and just being super friendly. The BnB certainly seems aimed at an age a bracket or two up from myself and my wife, but we really liked the homey feel they've cultivated here. The breakfast was really nice, the room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. The only caveat I have is the bed could have used a little work to level it out, I know the building is old and leaning a little (which really makes this place) but it would have help our rest a bit if spacers were put under the bed legs to get it sitting level. I would absolutely recommend the place though, and I certainly won't forget it.

   We love this place.... we return here year after year for valentines. It's handy for a stroll into the town with plenty of pubs and restaurants along the way. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We always have the Sarah room for the big Jacuzzi Bath. Breakfasts are amazing... plenty of choice and a wonderful cooked breakfast of superb quality. Janet and Stuart are wonderful hosts and it is a pleasure to stay here and we will keep returning for our special nights away. We have just come back again for yet another night. Always consistently superb and welcoming.

   Very comfortable & quite luxurious in very old style, very clean & a very comfortable & warm bed, (expect to sleep in). Staff were very happy & friendly, & very helpful on the local attractions. Delicious breakfast, & a high quality, very comfortable place to stay.

   Excellent, first class. From the moment we arrived our hosts Janet and Stewart could not have been more welcoming, they were the best most accommodating couple. Park Cottage is the most quaint building, every room from reception to dining room was exceptionally clean and tidy. We stayed in the Elizabeth four poster bedroom. There was nothing to fault, all your needs are met, from beautiful clean towels, shampoo and shower gel to chocolates on the pillow and pear drops on the dressing table. All the furniture was true to the room. It just looked like stepping into a stately home. The breakfast in the morning was superb, once again nothing was too much trouble and everything cooked fresh. There are no words great enough to recommend a stay here. Would i recommend this to people.....ABSOLUTELY

   Friendly & helpful owners.very clean!.The exposed internal beams and old wooden floors add to cosy & charming cottage feel.nice big breakfast served.Everything inside and out well presented.If you are tall,it might be worth mentioning this when booking as some double beds have a foot board.highly recommended.
