I had the best appointment. The exam was thorough and confirmed my script needed changed. Also Kirsty R was so helpful in my choosing spectacles. I feel confident in my choice and she did not pressure me at all and consistently made sure I had chosen the right specs for me. Excellent service.
One of my hearing aids was not working. On Wednesday 12th November, I went into the Caerphilly shop, without an appointment. After a short wait, I was seen by Gareth? who fixed my aid, adjusted the other, gave my new wax guards as the old ones would no longer fit and didn't charge me as it was 'nothing I had done'. And all with a smile and friendly, professional attitude. One very happy customer, thank you.
Attended Specsavers twice , all of the Staff were extremely helpful, Debbie dealt with my appointment, explained everything which I needed to know , she was very polite & very knowledgeable. In all both my visits were a good experience, excellent service . Thank you Debbie .
Brilliant service and eye test for health of the eye Nd the back of your eyes a full scan is completed. It took around 2 hours to complete the tests then into the optician to go through the different lenses and what best fits your corrective needs in your lenses
First time having varifocals and they are brilliant. Service was great too. The optician was very thorough and the dispensing optician explained everything.
10/10 lovely staff can't do enough to help. I am extremely grateful to them for the support when I took my daughter for her appointment they made sure she was comfortable I can't thank them enough
